We have 2 properties w/ 20 units and we'd like to provide an awesome experience for travelers around the world.

We are Thien and Doan, with more than 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. More than that, we have traveled and experienced across Vietnam and Asia to be able to provide such an amazing service for people staying at our places.

The space
This 1 bedroom apartment is located on the random floor of Christina's Da Nang. Our house has 8 apartments altogether, in case you need more for a group.

✯ Queen-sized bed, a kitchenette, and an en-suite bathroom
✯ Approximate 35m2 includes a lovely balcony.
✯ No elevator in the house
✯ Cleaning and freshening every other day

Guest access
Guests have 24/7 access to the building, which includes:

✯ Common living room
✯ Small yard with lovely swing
✯ Laundry facilities service charged at $1/kg

Other things to note
Our #1 RULE is to treat our place as if it were yours - unless your place is a college frat house, in which case please treat it like your grandma’s house instead. We hate setting rules but the following are really necessary for us to provide everyone with a great stay:

NO SMOKING on premise.

MUST REGISTER all over-night visitors as required by local laws. Please provide your passport photos and visa stemp.

SHOES OFF inside the house. It’s a given in Vietnam but we understand that this can be an issue for some people so we just want to make sure you are aware prior to making a booking.
