Upscale 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home in Ocean Lakes Resort. Located close to the South Gate, but turn right out of the house and you are at the beach in a few minutes... This home has all the beach-feel finishing touches, to make your stay memorable!

Complimentary use of one (1) Golf Cart.

LINENS: We INCLUDE Linens & Towels!!!

Your entertaining options are endless here! Enjoy the expansive outdoor covered decks and patios, with plenty of seating, a gas grill and gas fire pit. There's even an TV in the outdoor bar/entertainment area. You'll also have access to 4 bicycles, corn hole boards, beach chairs & sand toys for the kiddos. (there's a safety gate at the top of the stairs for the littles as well). Front, main deck is North-facing, so you won't be blazing in the sun during the summer months.

Inside, there is cable TV in every room, and a stocked kitchen for preparing meals, washer & dryer, a bathtub in the main bathroom.

4 beds, sleeping 6-8 people. Maximum 6 adults.

Bedroom 2 - 1 Queen Size Bed PLUS additional full/double size Bed (lofted over Queen)

You will not get bored at Ocean Lakes!!

18-hole mini-golf, Activity center with 80+ arcade games, Indoor Pool, Outdoor pool/water park with a splash zone for small children, events and classes at the activity center, holiday events, check-out equipment for basketball, volleyball, horseshoes & more. There's a playground and skate park right on the beach!

*Security/damage HOLD of $300 is REFUNDABLE and returned within 7-days after your stay is complete.

**PARKING fee is collected by the resort via express check-in or at arrival ($12-$15 per car/night). I will initiate the express check-in process for all guests, to save you the time of waiting in lines at arrival. But the Parking fees are handled by the resort, after that process is initiated.

MUST BE at least 25 years of age to reserve the house. The person reserving the home MUST BE STAYING IN THE HOME throughout the duration of rental agreement. NO EXCEPTIONS. Drivers of the golf cart must be 21 years of age, with a drivers license.

The best experience we ever had
If I could I would give them 10 more stars. This was by far the best stay we ever had at Ocean Lakes. Kim is an amazing host and went above and beyond after we had stay longer due to the hurricane.

House was well equipped for whatever you may need! Plenty of beach items(toys, chairs,mats, etc). Included linens so we didn’t need to lug those(huge plus). East to locate within the campground. Would stay again!

Amazing house!
We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very well kept and had absolutely everything you needed for this trip. Very spacious and comfortable and lots of fun and games included in the house! I highly recommend this property and anything else Kim had her hand in, she’s great!

Best Beach House
our family of six had a wonderful beach trip at the beach house. Everything was great with booking and check in. The house was located in a great area for us right near the gate easy to access easy to get in. The house was very clean and was fully stocked and I mean fully. our favorite part of this beach house was the only thing we had to pack was clothes. Everything was fully stocked, including corn, holes linens, paper towels, beach, chairs, games, and more. Kim was very responsive and made our trip easy to book! we hope to say here again sometime if you’re thinking about booking this house, do it you won’t regret it!!

Another Year of Amazing Memories
We enjoyed our first trip to Ocean Lakes MH149a so much the first time that we booked again for this year. Pulling into Kim's property just puts you right into that "Vacation State of Mind". The decor and outdoor living spaces just makes you feel so at home and relaxed. Being our 2nd year here we felt less pressure to experience all things Myrtle Beach and we spent the bulk of our vacation just simply hanging out as a family at the house and around the campground. There is just something special about waking up in the morning and the only real decision you have to make is play putt-putt, paint ceramics, or hang out at the beach. That is the kind of stress that I can really get used to...lol. The house is always clean, well taken care of, and Kim is an amazing host. We had some questions when we first arrived and Kim responded immediately and made sure that we were well taken care of. We have done quite a few vacation rentals over the years and I can say confidently that Kim has something special here. The effort that she has placed on making sure that everything runs smoothly from the initial booking to the check out process is top notch. There are no details that are not covered or included in the app that goes along with this property. We certainly hope that you are not getting sick of us Kim because we are planning to come back and stay with you for another year!! P.S. the new BBQ grill is awesome!

This vacation was one of the best we have ever had. The owners thought of everything! The house was clean, organized and everything was in working order! They had everything available! Amazing
This was such a great and relaxing get away. Kim was so responsive with any questions we had and the place was super clean and comfy bed. It has everything you need even a golf cart. Everything you need
We really enjoyed our stay at your home. You had everything we could think of needing. Beds were comfortable. Loved the fire table downstairs. If it was the summer, we definitely would have used the chairs and bikes. We really appreciated the cover on the golf cart since it was so cold outside. The check in and out process was easy. We are looking forward to staying at your house again.

Absolutely amazing!
The house is even better in person we enjoyed our stay so much and Kim having all the extra touches makes for a really great trip there is so much thought and heart put into her home . Beach House Bliss
Our family of 6 had a perfect beach vacation at Ocean Lakes, thanks to this incredible beach house. The house, located near the entrance to Ocean Lakes, was designed for comfort and space, with a charming coastal theme. The bedrooms were comfortable, providing restful nights after long days of beach adventures. Amenities included a fully equipped kitchen, outdoor deck, beach chairs, umbrellas, bikes and golf cart. Great Place for Relaxing Vacation!!
If you are looking for a great place to stay in Ocean Lakes then let your search end here. My family and I had an amazing time staying at Kim's place. I was trying to think of a single thing that we were lacking when staying there and could not come up with one. We took advantage of all that was offered during our stay. Relaxing morning coffee out on the large deck, afternoon bike rides, corn-hole, BBQ's, evening golf cart cruises, and nightimes spent hanging out around the firepit talking and laughing about the adventures we had that day. Kim did an amazing job making sure this property had everything that is needed to have a great vacation. It was not just the big things like the golf cart and the beautiful house but the little things like the swings and the Tikki Toss game that were always keeping us entertained. Once we played Tiki Toss for the first time it was hard to stop. The location of this property in my mind is perfect with roughly a .5 mile walk to the beach and easy access in and out of the park. During the time we were there the street was very quiet and perfect for escaping back to our childhood for a few moments while enjoying the swings. The care goes even beyond the house with an App that included all of the information we needed for before, during, and after our stay. We had 5 adults and a 1 year old traveling with us and always felt like there was plenty of space in and out of the house. We enjoyed our time so much that within a week of returning home we booked again for next year.

Beautiful Home!
We rented this home for senior week. It was myself, husband oldest daughter, youngest daughter and two of her girlfriends that just graduated with her. This was honestly the cleanest house we have ever rented! Plenty of room for us all and everything you could think of was provided! Even outdoor games and beach gear. Would highly recommend to anyone considering this home.

Perfect Family Trip
This home was just as described. Maybe even better. It had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook dinner in at night, hang out at the house, go to the beach, etc. The beach equipment and golf cart were so handy. Owner's communication was great also. We highly recommend this home when looking for a place to stay.
