Windmill Villa Boutique Hotel
Windmill villa is a unique Boutique apartment, the smallest and most beautiful resort in Europe since 2006 this traditional monument Windmill Villa, protected by the ministry of Culture, operates as a luxury hotel A class, 4 (****) on Koufonissi Island Cyclades, starting at May to October.
The idyllic setting and quietness make the windmill an ideal place for relaxation, calmness with easy access to the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea.
On the patio you can enjoy carefree time and unforgettable sunsets.
The windmill has unique view over the islands of Naxos, Kato Koufonisi, Glaronisi, Keros and Amorgos.
It can be rented at least for one week (7 days, preferred Sat-Sat) including the whole building, without breakfast service (not for B&B-cleaning stuff will take care, duvets and towels every 3 days), with transfer from/to port by car, from a member of our staff.
It is only one apartment, in the ground floor the kitchen and WC takes place, it consists from 2 floors, with 2 beds on each floor and is not possible to rent it separate.
The distance from the sea is approximately 15m, private beach with rock-plates exists next to the location, ideal for relaxation (look the pictures). The villa and the island are safe and wonderful, offering panoramic views in three directions and exciting sensation.
The distance from village Chora to the Windmill is about 700m (8-10 minutes’ walk). During your stay, no other people are able to live in the windmill, so you are able to enjoy this magic experience with privacy.

· Swimming
· Fishing (boat, fishing rod or rifle harpoon)
· Scuba Diving
· Walks around the island
· Taking pictures of the island's unique flora
· Boat trips (can be arranged)
· Visits to the near islands (Keros, Kato Koufonisi, Schinousa, Irakleia, Donousa)

Christos is a civil engineer born in Athens. He bought and started the restoration of this monument in 1992. He put all his passion and personal detail in order to create this unique villa. The windmill villa is now working for 10 years.
