Welcome home to this comfortable upstairs unit in Denver! It includes a remodeled spacious kitchen, living room, a full bath with tub, and 2 showers. It has 2 bedrooms with king beds, air mattress, and a futon.

Denver trip

We were in for a week long baseball tournament. The location was good. House was clean. The air conditioner did not cool the house well- the thermostat was preprogrammed to keep much higher than comfortable. Would have loved to have a laundry as well for uniforms but I didn’t notice ahead of time- that was my fault. Overall good stay- was just hot!

Property is not as advertised

The upkeep of the property was disappointing. The pictures listed are not reflective of the current state of the property. Upon entering the property there was a strong pet odor. There was pet hair on the furniture, furniture was stained, cracked window in the kitchen, broken shower door, cabinet doors were missing in the bathroom, and the shower floor was stained. We were forced to find lodging elsewhere due to the state of the property. The neighborhood was not the greatest. Very disappointing to say the least.

Disappointing

Cracked window, gaps under the doors, very loud tenets in the unit below, and not very clean lead to a disappointing stay. Heard gun shots the second night. There’s a reason there are not pictures of the outside of the property. Dog hair was stuck in the couch. The chair in the living room had so many stains. Flooring in the house needs updated. Shower floor was gross. While the beds were clean, it was a disappointment as the pictures made it seem very nice.

Berkley stay

My self and friends had an amazing stay! We enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and being so close to everything. I would 100% recommend to stay here if you’re ever visiting Denver.

Great value for 2 bedrooms and kitchen. Solid and clean, with good street parking. A hair noisy.

This is a great place to stay if you need somewhere to stay. Everything about the place is basic, well-maintained, and clean. The property is two apartments one above another (I was upstairs), and the guests can clearly hear each other at having-fun (not party) levels through the vents, although it's much better in the bedrooms than the kitchen. People who are highly sensitive to noise at night might pick a different property. Street parking is free and convenient. Neighborhood seems on the upswing, but there's a lot of people struggling economically within a couple blocks, so normal caution about leaving valuables, etc in cars is appropriate. WiFi works great. Good food options nearby. Recommend McCoys if you like basic classic diner food, and highly recommend Cosmo's pizza near by. Host is highly communicative.

Clean, comfortable house

Convenient location near I-70, the house was well-stocked and a great place to spend a couple of nights. The check in/out was a breeze and the host was very responsive to any questions (very helpful)! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We stayed here just one night to catch an early flight out of Denver. Jeff was great at communicating. The best is that the place is professionally cleaned so checking out was super easy and hassle free.
