Set on a private lane, 6 minutes drive to the train station and East Hampton Village. Close proximity to East Hampton amenities, but far enough away to be in complete tranquility. The house sits in the middle of East Hampton, Bridgehampton, Amagansett and Sag which means renters can easily access all 4 towns during their stay.
New construction and large open floor plan with high vaulted ceilings allow for carefree living and easy entertaining. The fully equipped cook’s kitchen opens up to a patio that runs the entire length of the house and overlooks a HEATED GUNITE POOL, outdoor shower and separate dining and lounging areas. The first floor also provides an office, powder room and an expansive Master Suite, complete with a large master bathroom, walk in closet, and sitting area that overlooks the pool.
The second floor features three well-appointed bedrooms complete with en-suite bathrooms (1 with queen bed, 1 with king bed and 1 with 2 twin beds/ trundles), hardwood floors, large closets and multi-zone central air conditioner. All en-suite bathrooms have rain showers and luxury finishes. Three of the five bedrooms have smart HDTVs for guests who just want to take a break and relax in the sanctuary of their own room. Every pillow and bed linen is new and covered in Aller-ese covers and washed thoroughly between use.
The fully finished basement has an extra bedroom (queen bed) with bathroom, a gym, movie room and a ping pong table. Also a reading nook for little kids complete with books. Everything kids and teenagers would want in a basement!
Plenty of toys for children, beach chairs, umbrellas, pool toys and towels are provided with this rental.
The patio can sit 8 people. There are 6 loungers with umbrellas and outdoor seating. There is a large four burner Weber gas grill with sear and side burners for summer BBQs and a fridge and TV in the pool house.
The house is perfect for both winter and summer months. It is very peaceful for those who enjoy sleeping with ZERO noise. Usually homes close to the town, you can hear the train but this house only has the sound of the pine trees swaying and the local birds singing - very ZEN! The house is incredibly clean - as owners, we are very focused on ensuring everything is ultra clean and kept to a high standard that renters deserve. We have a strict no outdoor shoe policy in the house to ensure that young kids rolling on the floors stay clean. We also have a no pet policy.
PET POLICY: One small (under 20 lb.) and well-trained dog is welcome. Please enquire before booking.
Please inquire directly for longer term rental rates. We are NOT flexible on rates for stays less than two weeks. Groups with more than 6 adults will be charged a higher nightly rate than advertised, based on the size of the group. Please inquire for more information.
Things to do during stay:
Kids love to spend time at Buckskill ice rink which is 5mins down the road and in the summer it is a tennis club/camp. The Clubhouse is 10mins away which has arcades, bowling, mini golf and decent kids food and outdoor entertainment for families. We are 8mins from Round Swamp farm for delicious prepared meals and produce. Beaches are about 10mins drive away (we do not have parking permits for beaches as they are tied to your car registration). You can get lobster rolls from the lobster roll in Amagansett and drive to a nearby beach for a nice picnic. Kids also love the Elizabeth Morton bird refuge (near Sag) where birds come to feed from your hand. Its about a 20min drive away.
