Sierra Park Villas #76 2 Bedroom Loft 2 Bath

This bright and open 2 bedroom condominium has rich, warm colors and is located close to the shuttle stop and parking.

The living room has a balcony, a 32" flat screen TV and a DVD player. The kitchen, with beautiful floor tile, has a balcony that steps outside for easy access to the parking area. A full bath is located on this level. The loft area has a master bedroom with a partial view of the Sierra Nevada mountains, a king bed, a 43" flat screen TV and a DVD player. A second bedroom in the loft has a balcony with a partial view of the Sierra Nevada mountains, a queen bed, and a 43" flat screen TV.

A third level provides another loft sleeping area with 2 twin beds. This condominium offers complimentary wireless internet access.

The HOA rules do not allow for pets in any of our units. Thank you for following this strictly enforced policy. Shared coin laundry machine facility onsite

Very cozy place to stay! Very close to shuttle stop

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice place and comfortably fit our crew of 6. Love the long dining table so we could chill together to eat our meals. The description of the place is very accurate. Only recommendations replace the knives with some sharper ones and maybe upgrade the tv to a larger one. Definitely not a deal breaker but would be nice.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, the condo was great. Some minor inconveniences though. The dishwasher was not operational. The mid level bedroom lights were not as simple as flipping switches. One bedroom had the light switch in the hallway. The pool was closed, but that is due to cooler weather. Once again, just minor inconveniences.

Good location, house is not great

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, it's okay but obvious that the owners don't care because they can keep renting it without caring much.Good: the house is located near restaurants and Von's, as well as stops for transit. Once we arrived, we didn't need to drive again.Bad: the house was dirty on arrival, with food on the carpet and hair in the drains. Also, the key only worked when adjusted "just so"; the management company had to bring us a second key, which should have been included anyway. Then the hot water was drained so we couldn't shower. It took an entire day for the hot water to refill.Why not include the code to the hot tub in the welcome pack? Why not include a house guide like every VRBO I've ever been in? Why not put a mark on the thermostat that shows where it should be set instead of just a blank dial?

Very convenient location!

The location was perfect for walking to vons and some restaurants as well as a great hike on a paved bike path up the road! The upstairs shower was frustrating and difficult to operate so that needs to be fixed. The couch was super comfy and there was plenty of firewood provided so overall happy with our stay :)

Outdated!

Excellent location & great set up but this place is outdated! The carpet is old, the closet doors in master fell off when opened, balcony screen door in loft bedroom was impossible to use, all window shades are falling apart, downstairs sliders were so hard to open & close, main floor bathroom is SUPER outdated! Plenty of firewood provided & the couch is super comfy. There are some positives, however, I like shiny pretty things & this place was not that.

Great Family get-away

The only negatives were the TV is very confusing and the blind in the master bedroom was broken. Other than that it is a great place and we will be back.

Perfect Condo for 6 people

We really enjoyed staying here.. The co do was very comfortable for 6 people and wood burning stove and heater worked great.. We will definitely stay here again.

Family friendly

Space was adequate for our needs. Soda was extremely comfy. Appliances were nice. Bathrooms can use an update. Walls are thin, but not a deal breaker. 2nd floor queen bed was very springy and not comfortable at all.

Great Apartment with all you need!

We enjoyed the weather, the location and amenities. We felt right at home with the amenities provided that made our stay comfortable. Everything function great, cleanliness to the 10 and location accesible to all you need. Great place for anyone to relax and spend time together!
