A fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary utensils, dining room with wonderful views of the mountains for 15 diners, It has terraces all facing the Tramuntana mountains and a spectacular state-of-the-art saltwater pool located in an ideal location to enjoy a bath with wonderful views and then relax in the chill-out area. It has a barbecue area with a traditional wood oven, fantastic for preparing pizzas. It also has an area specially set up to store bicycles with a workbench for them. amazing housse

the house was amazing, great location for exploring the island. Kitchen had everything you could possible need. View is fantastic. Kids loved the pool. My only negative comment is the ants. I had seen a comments about them in the reviews but they were worst than expected. We always made sure the kitchen was spotless before we went to bed but would still wake up to a lot of them on the counters in the morning.

Alte schöne Villa in Traumlage aber in die Jahre gekommen

Villa liegt sehr ruhig und abgelegen aber doch in 15-20min zu den schönen Stränden. Leider ist die Villa doch in die Jahre gekommen und hat ein massives Ameisen Problem. Sobald essen länger als 10min rum steht gibt es eine Kolonie. Auch in den Schlafzimmern. Außenanlagen waren leider auch nicht ganz sauber aber wohl aufgrund des Wetters der Vortage. Müll muss selber weg gebracht werden in dem Städten. Etwas nervig

Quiet, Peaceful and Relaxing

This is a beautiful old farmhouse that has been renovated. It was comfortable and quiet. Often the only sounds we heard were the sheep bleating in the fields across the way and groups of cyclists whooshing by on the road below. One morning we found that sheep had made their way into the garden. The pool was a godsend in the heat of this past August and it was ideally situated for cycling the Col de sa Batalla, the Femenia and cap Formentor. We enjoyed breakfast under the grapevines on the south patio every morning, and the grapes were delicious! Cosme, the host, was charming, friendly and very responsive and helpful. A really wonderful Mallorcan country experience!

Wunderbar

Wir waren mit 7 Personen auf dieser wunderschönen Finca. Die Beschreibung und die Bilder passen genau zu dem was wir vorgefunden haben. Sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Wunderschöner Blick auf das Gebirge. Ganz tolle verschiedene Sitzecken. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Traum Finca in Traumlage

Eine wirklich sehr tolle Anlage. Wir waren Anfang August zwei Wochen mit 8 Personen vor Ort. Die Lage ist traumhaft, der Blick aus dem Pool in die Berge ist phänomenal! Die Finca ist weitläufig, so dass jeder ein ruhiges Plätzchen finden kann. Auch bei sehr heißem Wetter findet man immer eine kühle / luftige Stelle. Insgesamt viel angenehmer als direkt am Meer. Die Eigentümer sind sehr freundlich und reagieren bei Bedarf sofort. Einziger Wermutstropfen sind die Ameisen, die ab und zu auftreten, die man aber in den Griff bekommt. Für Radfahrer eine ideale Basis um Norden und Westen der Insel zu erkunden. Wir haben den AUfenthalt sehr genossen und kommen definitiv wieder!

Authentic and quiet

We had a fantastic stay. The house has a great view of mountains and valley and has several nice terraces to relax at. The children loved the pool and beating the adults in water volleyball. The bed mattresses were a bit hard to sleep in.

Estancia increíble

La estancia en can Poncho no pudo ser mejor! La casa es perfecta para pasar allí unos días de descanso y desconectar en su maravillosa piscina y sus inmejorables vistas. Nuestro host estuvo en todo momento disponible y atento a cualquier solicitud que le hiciéramos. Sin duda repetiremos experiencia.

Urige Finca mit traumhaftem Ausblick

Das Haus ist eine urige Finca im typisch Mallorquinischen Stil. Am Vormittag liegt sie leider im Schatten, aber ab Mittag kann man Sonne (und natürlichen Schatten) an diversen Plätzen rund um das Haus genießen. Leider war das Wetter zu unserer Reisezeit (Ende Mai) meist kalt und regnerisch. Aber die sensationelle Aussicht, das liebevoll angelegte Grundstück und der Poolbereich haben diesen Urlaub unvergessen gemacht. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer Cosme Orell Borras war sehr unkompliziert und zuvorkommend. Das Haus innen ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen, die Betten waren z.T. etwas hart, der Geruch etwas modrig, aber der Charme hat alles schnell wieder wet gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wollen gerne wieder kommen - im Sommer, wenn es richtig heiß ist!

Schöne Finca in traumhafter ruhiger Lage

Wir haben mit 3 Familien zwei Wochen in der Finca verbracht und waren von der Lage und Aufteilung sehr begeistert. Wir haben uns selten im Haus aufgehalten, da die überdachte Terrasse bei Wind und Wetter ein traumhaftes Plätzchen mit unglaublichem Blick ist. Der Pool ist sehr groß, mit genügend Liegemöglichkeiten, die überdachte Lounge dort schützt perfekt vor der Sonne. Wir hatten Probleme mit Ameisen, die waren aber den hohen Temperaturen geschuldet. Das Haus könnte sauberer sein. Unter den Betten/Schränken und in den Ecken gab es viel Staub und Spinnweben. Egal- wir würden die Finca wieder buchen!

Tolle Finca - Urlaub zum Entspannen

Obwohl wir mit dem Wetter weniger Glück hatten, haben wir den Urlaub sehr genossen. Die Finca ist toll ausgestattet und die Vermieter kümmern sich umgehend um alles Notwendige. Wir würden diese Finca wieder buchen.

Lovely views

Amazing views from all parts of the house. All well equipped and with lots of caracter. We were a group of 8friends on a cycling holiday. Perfect place to start the rides. Storage room for the cycles was brilliant. Cosme was very helpful and friendly. Only negative thing was the humidity. Very hard to dry the clothes. The moist could be felt in the rooms, a lot of ventilating needed. Still we had a great stay!!

Schöne alte Finca in Hanglage mit überwältigendem Panoramablick

Erst mal vielen Dank an Cosme, für die tolle Betreuung vor Ort. Wir waren für zwei Wochen mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern Ostern 2018 in der Finca. Am Anfang war die Finca tatsächlich etwas muffig und auch leicht kühl. Nachdem jedoch ausgiebig gelüftet, alle Elektroheizungen ( Cosme lieferte sogar an Oster Montag zwei Radiatoren nach ) sowie die Klimaanlagen angeworfen wurden, war es ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Zusätzlich haben wir für die Gemütlichkeit am Abend noch den Kaminofen angeworfen. Die finca ist rund um gut und individuell ausgestattet. Für uns das absolute Highlight war jedoch der Loungebereich am Pool mit einem wirklich grandiosen Blick in die gegenüberliegende Bergwelt. Keine Frage: wir werden wiederkommen.

Die Lage war super schön, abseits der Touristenströme und doch mitten drin ! Ausstattung gut !

Tolle Lage, schwer zu finden! Die Wegbeschreibung war nicht optimal. Für unsere Großfamilie optimal. Großzügige Räumlichkeiten, so dass auch jeder seinen Rückzugsraum hatte. Nicht alle Schlafräume waren günstig. Anregung für den Vermieter, es sollte vor der Anreise nochmal gut durchlüftet werden. Der erste Eindruck muffig ! Fazit, wir haben uns alle wohlgefühlt ! Der Vermieter hat uns alle Wünsche, die wir hatten erfüllt !

Herrlicher Urlaub in herrlicher Landschaft!

Wir (8 Freunde) haben eine wirklich wunderschöne Zeit in dem hübschen Landhaus in der Tramuntana verbringen können. Das sehr liebevoll eingerichtete Haus ist voll ausgestattet und falls etwas fehlt, ist Cosme gleich zur Stelle (Danke für alles Cosme!) Ein Auto ist unbedingt erforderlich, um die herrlichen mallorquinischen Spezialitäten einkaufen und Ausflüge ins Umland unternehmen zu können. Wir kommen sehr gerne zurück!
