Eine perfekte Woche in der Ferienwohnung im Norden Korsikas verbracht; toller Pool und Wohnung mit allem was das Herz begehrt, auch für das E-Auto.

Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Sehr sauberes Appartement in einer äußerst gepflegten und schön angelegten Anlage. Gute Lage zu verschiedenen Stränden, hübschen Orten und schönen Ausflügen. Leider war der Pool im Mai für uns zu kalt - im Sommer bestimmt super, da schön groß und gepflegt und mit kleinen Kindern empfehlenswert, da gesichert. Nachteil war, dass auf dem Nachbargrundstück ein neues Haus gebaut wird und die Arbeiten mit lautem Hämmern bereits um 7:30h begannen. Ebenfalls ungünstig war, dass aus der Beschreibung des Inserats nicht hervorging, dass es sich nicht um zwei abgetrennte Schlafzimmer handelt, sondern nur eines und das zweite eine offene Empore ist - dies war für unsere Konstellation mit Kindern nicht optimal. Nette Vermieter, die immer präsent und ansprechbar sind.

verkehrsgünstige Lage, nahe zum Strand von Agayola, nettes Ensemble mit mehreren Häusern und Wohnungen und einem traumhaften Pool mit Blick in das Höhendorf Pigna.

Sehr schöner Urlaub

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir waren 5 Wochen dort und hatten alles was wir brauchten für den Urlaub. Es ist sehr ruhig und doch zentral. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, immer ansprechbar und gibt freundlich Auskunft. Diese Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen,auf jeden Fall würden wir dort jederzeit wieder Urlaub machen, denn es ist zum Einkaufen, Bäcker und Strand nicht weit. Sigrun und Robert Winter

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung auf sehr schönem parkähnlichem Anwesen

Unser Aufenthalt war in dieser Wohnung war im Juni 2022. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war von Anfang an sehr einfach und offene Fragen wurden sehr schnell beantwortet. Das Objekt liegt in einem parkähnlichen Anwesen, das von den Vermietern sehr gut gepflegt wird. Wir hatten bei der Anreise mit unserem Navi (technisches Problem auf unserer Seite) Probleme -> der Vermieter hat uns mitten in der Nacht in mehreren Telefonaten geholfen den Weg zu finden, und uns dann sogar noch das letzte Stück abgeholt. Das fanden wir einen super Service! Zur Wohnung selbst: Sie ist sehr schön eingerichtet, wir haben an Küchenausstattung auch nichts vermisst. Es gibt ebenfalls einen Grillplatz auf dem Gelände, den wir aber, da wir abends immer spät noch unterwegs waren, leider nicht benutzt haben. Unbedingt noch zu erwähnen ist die sehr schöne und große Terrasse/Veranda. Zum Schluss noch ein Tipp aus eigener Erfahrung: Fragt den Vermieter aktiv nach Tipps für Touren in der Umgebung. Wir hatten unseren Reiseführer und dachten wir seien damit gut ausgestattet. Glücklicherweise kamen wir mit dem Vermieter ins Gespräch was wir schon so alles angeschaut haben in der Gegend und er gab dann noch sehr wertvolle Tipps, die so leider in unserem Reiseführer mit keinem Wort erwähnt wurden. Das ist ein nicht zu unterschätzender Vorteil, der Vermieter ist vor Ort, und stets hilfsbereit und unterstützt bei jeglichen Fragen (nicht wie bei einer "anonymen" Vermietungsagentur)

tolle familiäre Unterkunft mit traumhafter Gartenanlage und super Poolbereich, idyllisch gelegen

Die Unterkunft ist einfach ideal für Familien. Mit dem großen Gartengrundstück, welches liebevoll bepflanzt und sehr gepflegt ist, dem eingezäunten Poolbereich (Tor mit Kindersicherung) , umrahmt von den Hügeln und charmanten Dörfern der Balagne (Pigna) ist es sowohl für Badeurlaube (traumhafte Bucht von Algajola fußläufig) als auch als Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen und Ausflüge ins Hinterland und entlang der Küste (mit der korsischen Eisenbahn) perfekt geeignet. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir hatten einfach eine perfekte Zeit!

Très bon séjour, situé au calme, et proche de tout à la fois.

Très contents de cette location. Les propriétaires sont très soigneux et accueillants, ils vivent sur place sans pour autant être trop présents. Très belle piscine, on a presque toujours été seuls dedans. Le poulailler est une attraction sympa pour les enfants avec les biquettes aussi. Notre appartement SEVILLA était fonctionnel, et nous nous y sommes bien accomodés. Nous avions une petite appréhension sur la terrasse qui est partagée avec la location voisine, mais une séparation isole suffisamment les 2 locations ce qui permet de maintenir son intimité. Nos voisins étaient très sympas et nous avons partagé quelques aperos ensemble ! La localisation était parfaite pour nous, au calme dans résidence sécurisée, et à la fois proche de tout (2 minutes de la plage en voiture, et aucun problème pour trouver une place !). Je recommande vivement.
