Lovely 4BR Home Main St, 5 min to Gondola

Enjoy the luxury treatment in this quality 4 bed/3.5 bath half duplex accommodating up to 12 guests for your next group vacation. Situated in the heart of the Breckenridge Historic District, you'll be mere steps to Main Street's dining, shopping and vibrant arts scene. It's very rare to find a place this close to the gondola that includes private parking and a hot tub. This is the ideal spot for your and your group to be for your next downtown getaway!

The Space:
This four bedroom, three and a half bathroom condo is spacious enough to comfortably accommodate groups of 12. The duplex has been completely renovated and is tastefully finished and decorated. The master bathroom has a king bed, a balcony, and an en suite bathroom with a shower. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed and directly next to it is a bathroom with a shower/tub. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a bathroom across the hall with a shower/tub. We are considering the basement to be the fourth bedroom and it has two bunk beds, a trundle, TV, mini fridge, and a full bathroom with shower. Great for families of all sizes!

The kitchen and living room share an open space and have an ideal layout for groups to spend time together. The living room has two comfortable sofas with a coffee table in between. Also, equipped with a fireplace and large, wall mounted TV for a relaxing night after hitting the slopes. There is access to an outdoor balcony off of the living room. Enjoy the hot tub or a fresh cup of coffee featuring mountain views. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare a meal and it is very nicely finished with marble countertops and stainless steel appliances including an gas stove top and oven. The dining table is large, and has seating for 10-12.

The duplex comes with two parking spaces. One of which is inside of the large one car garage. The other is located directly behind
the garage spot. Lastly, there is a washer and dryer in the basement that guests can use during their stay.

Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

The Neighborhood:
From Victorian-era chalets to quirky museums, Breckenridge Historic District is one of Colorado's most-characterful neighborhoods. It sits in the heart of Breckenridge Ski Resort and lures snow-sports enthusiasts and history buffs alike. While Breckenridge is one of the most-visited ski resorts in the Western Hemisphere today, the Historic District throws back to its roots as a 19th-century mining town. With the home set amid the boutique stores and cozy bistros, Historic District truly puts you at the heart of it all

Getting Around:
Located in the heart of Breckenridge and within a quick walk to everything you will need during winter or summer months. The eclectic shops and restaurants of downtown Breckenridge are easily walkable.

Other Things to Note:
Please provide an accurate guest count prior to booking. Rates vary throughout the week and season and by number of guests. It's important that your guest count is accurate so we can be sure the home is adequately prepared and stocked for your stay.

There is a Ring doorbell or a surveillance camera on the front door for security purposes.

Please note that the tub is serviced between guests. Sometimes the tub is just chemically treated, but sometimes it has to be drained and refilled. Because of this, please note that the tub may be cold on your arrival and may not be hot on the first night of your stay. As such, if you wish to use it, please ensure you turn it on and turn up the temperature when you arrive. Be sure to keep the cover closed at all times when the tub is not in use!

Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts' opening and closing dates.

Love the location and the ease to walk to everything. The reason for the lower rating is new mattress are needed upstairs Place was nice except for that.

Lodging in Breckenridge
Very nice inside and outside. Kitchen was stocked with plenty of pots and pans, silverware, etc. Very convenient to Main St with shops and restaurants.Only downside was it was more than 5 min walk to gondola walking in ski boots and carrying skis especially with the younger children. We ended up driving there and parking in lot. We would stay there again even with that minor inconvenience.

Overall an 8 out of 10. Little things need to be addressed to make it a perfect 10. All in all, a pleasant experience. Mattresses could use replacement. Driveway markers could be installed to prevent vehicle from getting stuck in the snow when sliding off driveway edge. toilet seats need tightening and window shades on the kitchen windows above the sink to aide in privacy from neighbors. All in all it was a nice place to stay. thanks

Beautiful home
My grown children and I had the rare opportunity to spend some time away together. We chose this lovely home and it was perfect! The neighborhood was awesome and so close to everything. My favorite thing besides how lovely and cozy the home was had to be when we got a visit from a adorable fox. It was on the back patio and eventually went into the neighboring yard and curled up under a tree! The home itself was very warm and we felt quite at home. We will definitely be back!

The location doesn't get that much better. Less than 1/2 mile to the gondola. Close to everything. Clean and nicely decorated and furnished. Good pots and pans. No complaints.
