Anniversary trip

The townhome is a great place to getaway for a nice trip. It is equipped with just about everything you will need, and is one of the cleanest places we have stayed. Enjoy!!

Great little get away

This was a lovely get away was visiting family in hot springs village and being close was convenient loved being able to access the water . The sunset and sunrise is beautiful.

They enjoyed the stay. We set up some Christmas deco before they arrived.There is a mild musty smell especially downstairs. The view has a limited lake view but has easy access to the water and looked like it would be great in the summer.

Peaceful 3 day get away with everything we needed!

The condo was nice and clean and the view is spectacular! The master bedroom bed very comfy and the spare room was perfect for our 12 year old son. We grilled on the grill and the boys fished off the dock. We went to Charlies one night for awesome pizza and karaoke. The Village is so beautiful. Great family get away and we will be back!

Ideal

This location was incredible. Sitting on the porch sipping coffee, watching the kayaks and fishermen first thing in the morning was my favorite. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. We were close enough to hike trails and see the falls in Lake Catherine National Park and we rented kayaks and swam at the beach at the marina. It was the perfect place to celebrate my 60th birthday. We will return.

Disappointed

The unit needs to be updated! The deck was unsafe and unclean. The area was very neglected, barbecue put was full of used charcoal and the deck was filthy. Trash and fishing lures littered the outdoor space. The living room was not comfortable! The couch was like sitting on the floor, we came to relax but living room was very uncomfortable for the cost of the unit…. We tried to notify the agent and we received no response.. We left a day early.

Biggest issue 2nd “bedroom “ has no window therefore cannot be called a bedroom and is dangerous because there is no ingress/egress. The children were afraid to sleep there. Next big issue— mold in the shower. I can no longer find the listing to identify other misleading items. Overall. Very disappointed ☹️ host did agree to a full refund if we left immediately, but we weren’t sure if we could find other accommodations o such short notice.

Prefect retreat

This place was a prefect family retreat. Being by the water was so relaxing and the place had everything we needed for a 5 day stay. It was close enough to many activities we wanted to do too: boating, kayaking, zip lining, hiking and stores. Definitely would recommend!

This Townhouse is absolutely amazing and the lake is so tranquil sitting on the balcony looking at the water was my favorite part of the day I will definitely be back to stay again.I recommend booking this location if your looking for a little RR.

Great rental at a great price

We had a great time in HSV and this property was great. Unfortunately, the lake levels were low when we visited which slightly affected the view and lake activities, but for the price of this property, we still couldn't complain. It was great! However, if you have children or an active family, you may consider renting another property. The walls are incredibly thin and those walking overhead sound like they might fall through the ceiling if you're downstairs. Therefore you'd need to be especially considerate of your neighbors....Otherwise, great rental.

February stay

We enjoyed the lake house, were able to grill out on the patio, and enjoy the lake. Even being there during the snowstorm, we had great internet and tv. Very friendly people in HSV. The house was very clean and anything that we needed was taken care of quickly by the property manager. I prefer a bed that is firmer and the queen bed was too soft for me, so slept in another one. Towels were thick which I love. I would recommend staying here .
