Perfect Place for a week's stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Comfortable clean space, had everything we needed, short walk to the beach, within minutes of great restaurants and groceries. Only complaint would be that the screen doors were unusable when we wanted to let the breeze in. Balcony was awesome for watching the Manatees play daily, and sunrises were spectacular! We'll be back

Our stay at sunrise resort

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Rental experience at Sunrise was awesome as usual. Great staff, Nancy & Dawn. Unit was clean however it really needs a new bed, closets cleaned out and new dishes, utensils and cookware. Old stained coffee cups, terrible cutlery etc. And all those old plastic cups need to be thrown out. It justs needs updated and cupboards and closets cleaned out.

Awesome condo

Right across the street is access to the beach. Ladies in the office very helpful! Carts to use to take all of the stuff upstairs along with elevator

Perfect holiday home.

This is a lovely condo with a fantastic view. I watched the sun rise every morning from the balcony. The kitchen was very well-stocked. Our teenagers loved the proximity to St. Pete’s beach. They also borrowed tennis racquets and corn hole etc from the store room. The swimming pool was very clean and rarely very busy. We saw manatees in the water on a regular basis. We would happily return to this condo!

The Sunrise Resort Unit 405

Grounds keeping is well maintained and any maintenance issues are addressed promptly. Condo location has a great view and is exactly as pictured. Unit 405 needs a new sofa. Current one has no support left. Also, the bar stools are too tall for the counter height.

Not the place it used to be

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and friends have stayed here the same week every year for over 12 years. We were always extremely pleased with the condo, the grounds and the management company. The bad: Dawn has always been extremely nice, but the last couple years the management has gone down hill. This past stay was the worst. The very first day I let the office know the garbage disposal was leaking which was flooding the cabinet under the sink. I had to keep a large pot under it and keep emptying it every time I did dishes. We stayed 7 nights. It was never fixed. We stayed for the 4th of July holiday. They chose the holiday week to have the roof replaced. Why the holiday week? Probably one of their busiest weeks. The loud noises from the construction on the roof started every morning at 8am. There was no sleeping in, or having coffee on the balcony because of the noise. No communication from management offering any kind of compensation, discount, nothing, plus they even raised their rates because it was a holiday week. Not sure what was going on with the pool. The water temp was just as hot as the hot tub. Everyone in the pool area complained all week. Nothing was done. The good:The property grounds have always been clean and well manicured, and the pool and grill area is always nice and clean.Our family and friends are looking for other places to stay next year.

Wonderful Getaway

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our week at the Sunrise was wonderful. The weather for the week was absolutely perfect. We spent most of our time at the beach which was an easy short walk across the street. We'd watch the sun rise from our balcony, or while we were shelling down in Pass-a-Grille. We'd watch the sunset at the beach across the street. Took walks along the beach, walk to the store and restaurants. With the crazy week, we'd get our dinners to go and eat as a family at the condo. We enjoyed watching the manatees and relaxing by the pool. The convenience of having the washer & dryer is also a definite plus. The staff are such friendly and helpful people - enjoyed our conversations with Nancy & Dawn. Can't wait to return!

Both units were beautifully decorated and fully stocked with dishes, cookware and even baking dishes. We had everything we needed to cook and even wash our clothes at the end of a day of pool and beaching. The grounds are immaculate. It's an excellent location, walking distance to many restaurants and a short 5 min drive to the supermarket and pharmacy. The views are breathtaking. This is a place I would highly recommend to any family. We will definitely be back!
