About this property

Typical renovated house in the center of a village

Located 20 minutes from the highway A75, exit 41, in the center of a typical french little village with la Serre river, and a small restaurant-pizzeria, you will enjoy this nice 2 stored house, entirely refurbished.

On the ground floor, full equiped kitchen (washing machine, hoven, large fridge, coffee machines, ...) opened on the dinning room with television and cheminey. Also, large laundry room (washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, ...) with large cupboards, next to a modern bathroom with shower, and separated toilets.
On the 1st floor, 3 large bedrooms as following : 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 double room with a balcony and a beautiful view. All the 3 are fully equiped with cupboards.
On the 2nd floor, a large living room (approx. 45m²), with television, sofas, playing area for kids, or reading corner...
Upon request, baby cot, baby changing table and high chair are provided for free.
Also, possibility of end of stay cleaning 60€, bed linen and towels 60€ extra upon request.

Ideally located 5 minutes from Laissac (main village with all shops and supermarkets, french bakeries, and typical market every Tuesday morning), 30 minutes from Rodez and Musée Soulages, 45 minutes from Gorges du Tarn, 40 minutes from Millau and Laguiole, 15 minutes from Saint Geniez d'Olt (typical market on Saturday morning), Bozouls and Espalion, you will be perfectly located to visit some of the greatest places of Aveyron.
A lot of visits are possible, such as Vallée du Lot with some of the most beautifull villages of France (Sainte Eulalie d'Olt), Aubrac mountains, and pedestrian or bicycle hiking for all levels, Roquefort's caves, middle age village of Conques, and Chemin de Saint Jacques de Compostelle. Fishermen will be also fulfilled!
Bikers, we will be pleased to guide you for somes nice rides.
As lovers of nice local products and high quality food, we can also provide good references.

Très agréable séjour à Coussergues / Aveyron

Des vacances formidables dans une région magnifique, une hôtesse parfaite, des voisins très accueillants, une maison confortable qui sait rester fraiche grâce à ses murs épais, et idéalement située en Aveyron, avec des tas d'activités à proximité. Nous vous la recommandons :-)

Super séjour

La location est idéalement située pour rayonner entre Millau, les Gorges du Tarn, les magnifiques villages d'Aveyron : Conques, Belcastel,...les paysages sauvages... et les bons restaurants. L'accueil est très chaleureux, avec des petits cadeaux de bienvenue : du miel, de la confiture maison et des produits du jardin, et la maison est meublée et rénovée avec goût. Les voisins sont également accueillants. Merci encore pour ce séjour.

Du calme et de la gentillesse

Nous avons passé une semaine superbe. A travers les balades à pieds et celles à vélos nous avons decouvert une region magnifique et des gens tres accueillants. La semaine est passée trop vite! La maison est idealement situee et parfaitement equipée.

Noël reposant en famille

La maison de village est très agréable. La déco intérieure, arrangée avec goût, est originale. Nous nous s'y sommes tous rapidement sentis à l'aise pour partager ce temps de fêtes. Les petites attentions de début de séjour sont appréciables: sapin décoré, cheminée préparée pour une première flambée et produits locaux à déguster. Vraiment, nous pensons revenir pour pratiquer le VTT lorsque la période et le temps s'y prêteront. Encore merci pour la qualité de l accueil.
