On the first floor:
Beautiful bedroom with a work table and attached bathroom with bathtub and toilet. Very spacious, airy and lots of lights!

On the ground floor :
- A living room with a bathroom. A table and 8 chairs are available.
- A small kitchenette including Freezer, Microwave, Coffee maker, Toaster, Kettle, Fridge, Washbasin, Tea towel. IMPORTANT NOTE: this is not a kitchen strictly speaking but a small cooking space (without an oven or stove)integrated into the main room. But you have numerous eating options just outside the apartment, a cute cozy cafe just next to the apartment.
- There is a bathroom on the ground floor that is easily accessible
- Accessible for people with reduced mobility: this whole floor + bathroom + kitchenette.
-A comfortable sofa with a table

In the basement :
- A living room/bedroom/storage area with a double bed for two people.
-Spacious laundry area
-A small microwave, tea station

A small outdoor courtyard with a table and chairs. (BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL WITH THE NOISE, AND IT IS NOT ALLOWED TO ACCESS THIS AREA AFTER 22H)

Guests have access to the entire property (except two doors which are connected to my apartment next door and they are locked, tbh you won't even notice these doors are here)

Residents of the 11th arrondissement benefit first of all from an exceptional cultural offer. By visiting the historic squares of Bastille, Nation, and République, you can immerse yourself in the revolutionary history of the district.

Don't miss the so-called tomb of Louis XVII in the Sainte-Marguerite Church, which has kept a lot of mystery, as well as the Edith Piaf Museum and, if you like urban culture, the MUR.

Moreover, it is the most festive district of Paris, thanks to its multitude of bars and restaurants, full of life and madness on the Bastille side, chicer towards Oberkampf. The district is also rich in theatres and concert halls, such as the Bataclan, the Bastille theatre, and the Balaji. You can also enjoy yourself at the Cirque d'Hiver and the Bastille Opera.

But you can also enjoy the peace and quiet of the hidden cities, including the Cité du Figuier and the Cité Durmar, or take a stroll along the Canal Saint-Martin.

The nearest train station is Ledru-Rollin station (line 8) - just 5 minutes away on foot.

Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport is a 45-mins drive from the apartment.

IMPORTANT: This flat is located in a calm residence where neighbors are sensitive to noise. It is very important to stay quiet in the common parts and in the flat after 10pm.
Due to the COVID19 restrictions, it is forbidden to stay in the courtyard.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of EUR 20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 EUR smoking fee, at minimum.
