Great location but a few flaws

First, renting this Vrbo is hands off for property managers. You go to a store to pick up keys a ways away from unit and also to check out you drop the keys in same location. Upon arrival there are two addresses that are identical so go to the one closest to restaurant that’s opposite the entry door to building. Once you enter the place is so charming but the furniture is dates and peeling. Lots of electric wires exposed for what they use as an entertainment area. There is no air conditioning! We overlooked that when we booked due to the limited availability in the area. Lucky for us it never got hotter than 83*. We slept w windows open in the living and back bedroom. It was noisy with windows open. Neighbors a couple addresses down regularly had people over w loud music and talking/arguments in the street. Kitchen is limited but worked. Fridge was small but we enjoy eating out. Bathroom was great. Sleeper sofa was comfy. Overall would I rent again…probably not but it worked for what we needed. I would never rent in the summer months between end of July and August.

Horrible experience trying to get the keys to the flat.

Very disappointed with so many things. Aside from difficult check in, the property was in a very noisy area with lots of street noise. It was very hot in Paris while we were there and there was not even a fun in the flat. Doors were very difficult to open. Had to throw our whole body against them to get them open.

Wonderful Location!

Stayed with 3 children for almost a week for our first visit to Paris. Perfect and safe location- walkable to shops, arc, & Eiffel Tower. Super close metro stop as well!

Very disapointing!

The apartment doesn't look anymore like the pictures. Windows couldn't be opened. Black water under the windows. Very hot and no way to cool it down. Very noisy because they made 3 apartments out of 1 with very thin walls, so could hear the yelling neighbours all night. Called the agency that rents the apartments out (Open Flats) to ask about the windows but nobody came or helped out. So no way I would book this again!
