Very unsatisfactory.

We refused the apartment. The pictures of the apartment and furnishings are very misleading. When we arrived the toilet was stopped up, I.e. water up to the rim of he toilet. The owner did not respond to our contacts, nor did they respond to VRBO. The spiral staircase is extremely narrow and difficult to manage luggage of any side. We do not recommend booking this apartment.

* 70 steep, winding & narrow steps up to the apartment door * 2 forks in the whole apartment * Very inconvenient to get the key @ a keybox 4 blocks away * Only 4 towels * No instructions for using washing machine or cooktop/oven * Wi-fi and the television quit working after 2 days * toilet was difficult to flush * only 1 key was provided so the 3 of us always had to leave together * difficult to get response from VRBO owner

Great location. But deficiencies.

Great location. Clean and safe. But check in process is painful. One has to go to a out of the way to get keys. Quite a distance away. Difficult w to do w luggage. Not practical at all. There should be a lock box with code or owner should come give key in person. Narrow staircase to 3rd or 4th floor. Difficult w luggage. It was super hot summer . No AC. And no fan . Had to specially request it. Then it was provided. Tiny Small / narrow shower. Alot of construction in building. So early AM noise from construction. That was painful !
