Cannes: beautiful apartment with balcony and view of the Vieux port

The flat has been renovated December 2019 to meet the standards we want to offer to our guests. It's located on the 4th floor without lift, so be prepared for the stairs :)
The 2 bedrooms face the main pedestrian street of Cannes (Rue Meynadier).

This is an ideal place to stay both for congresses and for holiday makers, who both will appreciate that the flat is in the center of Le Suquet (Cannes' hilly old town), so just go walk down the stairs to be surrounded by a multitude of restaurants, bars, cafes and shops.

The flat of 50sq meters has en entrance, living room with sofa bed for 2 people (140x190), fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, coffee machine Nespresso, stoves, microwaves, fridge, freezer) one bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed (180cm), one bedroom with 2 single beds or 1 double bed (180cm), independant toilets,
bathroom with shower, balconies. The flat is equipped with WIFI and aircon (bedrooms + living room)

The Palais des Festivals is only a 5 minute walk along the seaside and for those on holiday, the beaches (La Croisette and Plages du Midi) are both less than a 5 minutes walk by the sea side. The Marché Forville is located just behind the flat and we highly recommend a visit there to see the local French vendors selling their cheeses, fruit and veggies, charcuterie, fresh cut flowers and a wide array of French gourmet products.

Shopping is everywhere and Rue Meynadier has everything one could possibly look for: souvenir shops, cheese and wine stores, french bakeries, clothing stores, pharmacies, grocery stores and many, many restaurants to choose from.

So enjoy the restaurants, the old town, the beaches, the shopping or just stay in the comfort of your lovely flat with a glass of champagne and enjoy the full sea view and life in the south of France, from sun rise till sun set.
