This was a great flat for us during our stay. The newly renovated bathroom was quite nice.
The dining room chairs need a little love (as the legs seemed a little loose); but that was minor. The host was very helpful with some recommendations of local eateries, etc. therefore I would stay here again!
We stayed here to see Taylor Swift. The location was great and accessible to the stadium, bus and tram stops. The stay was cozy and just what we needed after two weeks of traveling. We were able to visit a few neighborhood restaurant suggested by our hosts and had some of the best food of our entire trip! Would recommend!
Excellent experience staying here. Had a minor housekeeping issue upon arrival but after messaging host it was resolved right away. Great communication with host and in a great area to explore Edinburgh
My trip was part business / part holiday. This location was perfect for me. It's in a quiet neighborhood and lot's of coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores near by. Princes Street was a easy 10 minute walk. The other aspect for me was being away from the tourists, definitely more of locals area. Would definitely stay again!
Basic apartment convenient to public transportation
Apartment was clean with updated bathroom and kitchen. Kitchen was basic but adequate for simple meal preparation. Bed was cozy for two but there is the option of converting the couch into a bed if you let the hosts know ahead of time. The bathroom was well appointed with clean towels and toiletries provided. Overhead lighting provided was bright but the bedside lights did not work.
Apartment is 10 minutes from Haymarket Station which will take you to the City centre. There are also nearby grocery stores to pick up supplies. Hosts also provided many recommendations for restauants in the area.

Die Fotos & Beschreibung des Apartments liessen uns nicht lange zögern. Die leichte Erreichbarkeit vom Haymarket, wo wir aus dem 100-ter Bus, vom Flughafen ausstiegen, war einfach. Die Gegend ist gut und sicher. Es war sehr gemütlich. Im Schlafzimmer gibt es eine feine Buchauswahl, falls man vor Glück nicht einschlafen kann. Bus und S-Bahn sind direkt ums Eck um Tagestouren zu starten und selbst zu Fuss macht es Spass zu laufen. Die kulinarischen Empfehlungen unseres Host waren fabelhaft, der Kontakt sympathisch.

The apartment was exactly like the pictures and reviews....clean and spacious! Check-in was simple and communication with the owners was fantastic. For example, we requested extra bedding for the sofa bed at the last minute, and they provided it quickly. Just a heads up: the apartment is on the top floor without an elevator. I don't consider this a negative in any way, but I just want others to be aware that it could be difficult for less capable people.
The only unexpected part was the distance to the center of town. The other reviews were correct that it's about a ten-minute drive, AND once we left, we were out and about for the day. However, we had to wait a while for Ubers to arrive and they would cancel the pick up often. Taxis didn't come by often and cost much more than Ubers.
An ideal flat to rest your head after being out all day. You can quickly walk to Haymarket Station and not too much further to Princes Street. Comfortable bed and good, very spacious shower. The host is a dream to deal with. Clear instructions and extremely good communication.
Renting this property couldn’t have been easier. It was in a very convenient location for visiting our newborn grandchild and we only used it to sleep in at night. The bathroom was fabulous and has the best shower of any rental property we stayed in. My husband has had a knee replacement and found going up several flights of stairs challenging so we don’t plan to return.
The property is very bright with high ceilings. The kitchen and bathroom are basically brand new, though we did have a problem with temperature regulation in the oven. The kitchen was also well equipped. The shower was a really nice size! As the fridge is small, there's only a freezer tray and as the flat is on the smaller side, I would recommend this as a good base for couples. There is free parking 5-10 min walk away and it was quite busy, but there is metered parking available outside the flat. There are good food shops nearby and the meadows were around a 30 min walk away. Radek and Marine were very accommodating and attentive hosts and were very quick with their responses.
