The patio/balcony may be rendered useless with dust accumulation during the peak of the project. A discount has been applied to the rates to account for these disruptions.

Welcome to this chic one bedroom, one bathroom condominium located at the base of Vail Mountain! This unit features high ceilings, stunning views of Vail Mountain, and a third floor balcony overlooking the pool and hot tubs! This unit offers a king size bed in the bedroom, with a double sofa sleeper in the living area. A beautiful wooden dining room table seats four, perfect for family meals! The bathroom offers his & her sinks, as well as a shower/tub combo. The view from this unit truly can't be beat - we hope to see you soon!
