Sea No Evil is a non-smoking house - inside and outside.
Bringing a pet(2 dog limit) or want pool heat? Either can be arranged for an additional fee (please note that pool heat will only raise the water temperature 10 degrees above the outside temperature). No events are allowed that are over the occupancy of the house or that require a chaperone. We strictly adhere to a min. age limit.
Elevators come at no additional cost and may be used throughout your stay. Please be aware that due to the extremely sensitive nature of residential elevators, this amenity can break down. If you receive any issues during your stay, this will be addressed as quickly as possible, however, our remote beach location may cause delay and this amenity cannot be considered a guarantee.
Boats, RVs, and Trailers must be stored inside the garage. There is no overnight parking in the driveway or street. Failure to comply will result in a $500 fine. Naturally, this does not include a few hours to load or unload. Bayou Storage (850-229-8397) is less than 4 miles away and only charges $30 a week as of July 2023 with 24/7 access. Cars may be left in the driveway overnight but not on the street."
