A terrace overlooks the swimming pool for lunches and dinners with a view of the sea and the islands. Large table with chairs, charcoal barbecue.
A little sport: on site you will find a ping-pong table and a bowling alley.
The night lighting of the garden and the swimming pool allows for beautiful evenings.
The house is on 3 levels:
level -1: closed garage for 1 car, laundry room
level 0: independent kitchen, double living room, dining room, breakfast area, master bedroom (dressing room, private bathroom with shower and toilet), guest toilet.
level 1: 3 bedrooms, bathroom with bathtub and shower, toilet.
