As with many beach homes in this area, the main level is on the second floor, while the ground floor offers up outdoor amenities. This property has ample driveway space for those traveling with multiple vehicles, and when you walk up to the home, you'll find the ground floor offers up a spacious patio, equipped with a hot tub, picnic table, lounge chairs, and a BBQ gas grill. Spend afternoons whipping up lunch on the grill between playing out on the beach. This level also offers up convenient outdoor his/her showers, allowing you to rinse off after being out on the sand all day long.

Journey up to the main level, and you'll be greeted by an open floor plan featuring the kitchen and living area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, and a four-seater breakfast bar offers additional seating, while the dining area seats six. In the living area, you'll find plenty of comfy furniture, including a sitting area, along with an additional den area near floor-to-ceiling windows that boast unbeatable views of the Atlantic. The den area features a large 60-inch flat-screen television, and doors out to the ocean-facing deck, making it the perfect area to relax either night or day. On this level, you'll also find two full bathrooms!

The main level offers up two bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and one with a queen. Each offer their own TV, while the king room also has a private bathroom, and access to the furnished main level oceanfront deck. Journey up to the next level and you'll locate the additional two bedrooms, one with two twin beds and a personal TV—a great place for kids or larger groups that need more sleeping space. The master on this upper level offers up its own personal TV, and access to a private furnished deck with ocean views.

*Please note: Fireplace is not a "working" fireplace. The flue is closed, please do not use.

This property also has access to a community pool and tennis courts, as well as a central location to the restaurants and shops in town. The community pool is not heated and is usually open yearly from April 1 to October 1 depending on the weather. Couple that with only being a 30-minute drive to historic downtown Charleston, this property truly has it all!

A few important notes to be aware: NO HOUSE PARTIES. NO SMOKING. No exceptions! There is a very strict noise ordinance policy on the island that goes into effect at 10pm on weeknights and 11pm on weekend nights. The 3 car limit is also strictly enforced. This house is a family rental and is located near year-round residents. This is not a rental home for bachelor/bachelorette events, wedding groups, youth groups, fraternities/sororities, receptions, or any other types of larger gatherings. We do NOT rent to students or anyone under the age of 30 - no exceptions - even if a parent or legally responsible adult makes the reservation. If such a group occupies or attempts to occupy the property, they will be required to immediately vacate and there will be NO refunds given

This home is pet friendly. Dogs are considered with a $300 pet fee (per pet), applicable pet policy signed, and flea proof records received prior to arrival. Dog must be approved by Carroll Realty. Absolutely no cats or other animals are allowed. Any damages caused by the pet will be charged to the pet owner, and not paid by the pet fee.

This property also includes a $250 credit to order beach gear when you book a stay between 3 and 14 nights!! There are many options to choose from including bicycles, beach chairs, beach carts/wagons, coolers, umbrellas, kayaks, paddleboards, etc.! Our partnered company, VayK Gear, will contact you 45 days prior to your arrival so you can place your order and they will deliver all equipment to your rental property. ALL BED LINENS, KITCHEN TOWELS (2), BATH TOWEL SETS, & BEACH TOWELS (10) ARE PROVIDED FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE!! You will only need to bring or plan to rent beach chairs, bikes, umbrellas, etc. Also included is a "starter set" of toiletries such as toilet paper, bath & dish soaps, paper towels, etc. but please do keep in mind you will most likely need to purchase these items after your initial arrival.

Super beach vacation!

We loved this house. It’s right on the ocean and convenient to stores. We had a wide age group-grandparent, kids, and grandkids, and it was just perfect. We cooked quite a bit and the kitchen is very well equipped. There were games and beach toys - a nice grill - just about everything we needed. I’d come back in a flash!

Wonderful dog friendly beautiful house right next to the sea

Right on the beach! We swam all the time, ran, had fun with dogs ( off leash in summer before 20, after 5), cooked a little. House immaculate and really well supplied with everything you could possibly need. Rental company very impressive. We’d go again in heartbeat

Great location, rotten house

The property is great need of maintenance. It appears to be full of termites. Obvious rotten wood through out the house, do not lean on the deck railing! Black mold in main room, not what it is advertised to be.

Horrible management and cockroaches

I stayed here with my family of six and we discovered this home is infested with cockroaches. I went to town and bought cockroach spray and traps so we could try to at least stay here. when I contacted the management they didn’t even get back with me on the issue. After our stay, I sent emails with receipts of the cockroach spray and traps that I bought for their home and they would not reimburse me for them or anything for our stay, this place is horrible and the management is even worse. I would never stay with this management company at any of their locations again. I wish I could attach pictures to this because I would show you all of the dead cockroaches that we killed during our stay. I sent them to the management with no response.

Reservations made and cancelled within 24 hours will be refunded in full. After 24 hours, our cancellation policy goes into effect. Reservations cancelled 6 months prior to arrival will be refunded in full. If a reservation is cancelled less than 6 months prior to arrival, a full deposit refund less a $100.00 booking fee will be made only if the unit is re-rented for the same time and price, and at a pro-rated rate if only rented for the partial amount. The guest will be responsible for the difference in price if re-rented at a lower rate. We do offer and strongly encourage every traveler to purchase travel insurance as well for an added 10.8% or 7% charge depending on which plan you select. If accepted, the 10.8% travel insurance plan must be paid in full within 14 days of making a reservation or you may add the 7% plan up until 30 days prior to your arrival date or final payment is paid, whichever comes first. Travel insurance covers every guest scheduled to come on the trip. Please call us for more information or visit our website for detailed plan information. Upon arrival, if you do not accept the unit you have reserved your deposit will be forfeited.

Power/ weather related cancellation: Carroll Realty does not issue refunds due to acts of nature such as: weather, road conditions, snow conditions, power outages, or forest fires. Additionally, Carroll Realty will not issue refunds in the event of a pandemic (for example, Covid-19) or acts of nature such as a hurricane. In light of these events, we strongly urge every reservation to purchase one of the two travel insurance plans that we offer. Hurricane season technically runs from June through October, but is especially more prone to occur in our area from late August through early October.
