This apartment, completely renovated and equipped, can accommodate up to 2 people with a bedroom on a mezzanine equipped with a double bed (140x200). You will enjoy the apartment in full and will be free to use all the equipment: Unlimited Internet, télévision, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine, and many others...
Access of travelers
Access to the entire housing (not shared with the owner).
Other remarks
The cleaning fee includes cleaning upon arrival and after check-out but also linen, towels, toiletries, and coffee upon arrival.
Only one set of keys will be given for your stay.
You will be asked to show an original version of your ID in person upon arrival when you collect the keys.
I will welcome you at the apartment the day of your arrival. Do not hesitate to tell me more about your arrival time.
Arrival times are between 2 pm and 8 pm. Outside these hours and subject to availability, an extra charge will be required:
- 2 pm to 5 pm: 20 €
- 8 pm to 11 pm: 20 €
No check in after 11 pm will be done.
When you leave, thank you to return the accommodation as you found it on your arrival.
The cleaning fee will be charged a second time in case of failure to respect the time limit for departure.

Appartement bien situé mais salle
Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Lyon. Par ailleurs nous sommes très déçu par l'état général de propreté de l'appartement. Point positif : l'appartement est très bien situé en ville à proximité des commerce et dans un quartier calme. La literie et convenable. Points négatifs : Le ménage laisse à désirer... salle de bain (sol de la douche salle, forte odeur d'humidité), cuisine(vaisselle salle et grasse, les poêles et casseroles sont salles, très abimées et infonctionnelle) le couvercle de la poubelle qui n'est pas dans un meuble mais posée à même le sol de la cuisine, ne se ferme pas étant donné que le couvercle est cassé... ce n'est pas très agréable lorsque l'on se restaure, surtout pour les odeurs etc... (pourquoi ne pas l'avoir remplacée ??) Les escaliers qui mènent dans le coin chambre sont salle (présence de trace des chaussures salles, poils et cheveux), coussins sur canapé salles, présence d'odeurs désagréables etc... le clou du spectacle : la seule grande fenêtre de l'appartement donne sur une petite cour où viennent s'entasser les ordures ménagères des habitants de l'immeuble. Les conteneur à poubelle jouxte la fenêtre de l'appartement et donc, lorsque l'on ouvre les volets, on a la vue sur les poubelles... nous sommes restée 2 jours mais du coup, nous n'avons pas ouvert les volets car la vue sur les poubelles nous en a dissuadée... ce n'est pas très réjouissant... Dommage...

Great location but average apartment
My adult daughter and I stayed here for two weeks. We did enjoy ourselves because the apartment is located in the best area. The bed is comfortable and clean. Please note if you are taller than 5’3” you will not be able to stand in the mezzanine bedroom. There was a broken table in the closet. The couch is not comfortable.the bar stools very wobbly. The bathroom can feel musty. Communication with the company that owns/manages the apartment is a bit delayed. The instructions for the lockbox for the keys were incorrect and we had to check into a Marriot for the night. It was sorted out the next day by a nice lady though. However, we did arrive later than we thought so cannot completely blame the company for not responding to my desperate emails :) hope this is helpful for others to manage expectations.

petits soucis sur le mobilier, tabouret instable, canapé très inconfortable, barre de douche non fixé, cache prise manquant, manque rambarde sur les premiere marches descendantes de l’escalier. Sinon très propre, coquet, bien équipé, bien placé, silencieux et atypique
