Apartment with lots of character, newly renovated and decorated by an architect. You will be able to enjoy its brightness and tranquility during your stay. It has been designed with high-end amenities to satisfy your every desire. The apartment is located on the second floor with a lift.

The accommodation
This fully renovated and equipped apartment can accommodate up to 4 people with a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200) and a second bedroom with a double bed (140x190). For your comfort, the apartment offers two bathrooms and a separate toilet. You will have exclusive use of the apartment and will be free to use all the facilities. Unlimited internet, equipped kitchen, coffee machine, washing machine and many more.

Other notes
The cleaning fees include cleaning on your arrival and after your departure, as well as bed linen, towels, toiletries and coffee for your arrival.

A single set of keys will be provided for your stay.

On your departure, please leave the accommodation as you found it on arrival.

Beautiful large apartment

This property is just as it appears online. It is lovely, well situated and comfortable. We could walk everywhere, were near the river, near beautiful shopping areas and restaurants. It was nice to have two bathrooms and so much space. I would stay here again.

Excellent apartment in the center of Lyon

This is a very functional 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment in the central part of Lyon about a block and a half from the place Bellcour. There are ample restaurants and food stores around and the kitchen has the necessary to prepare meals. The washing machine works well and the apartment is very pleasant.

Much worse than advertised

great location but no running water when we checked in. also, no wifi even though i asked multiple times about status. If you are not going to provide these amenities, then do NOT ADVERTISE THEM IN THE LISTING !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Was looking for hotel rooms on Expedia. Didnt expect selecting one would connect me to another company that handled apartments. I have used that other firm satisfactorily on other occasions but had specifically wanted a hotel without cleaning fees and deposits. called immediately to be released from this contract. Owner never returned calls from me or from the other company to do so

Spannende Tage in Lyon

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, Die Wohnung war sehr schön zentral gelegen und es hat uns eigentlich gefallen. Der Unterhalt der Wohnung liess aber wirklich zu wünschen übrig. Man merkte das nichts kontrolliert worden war. 1. Das Kuchenblech im Backofen war sehr dreckig und fettig (Bild vorhanden) 2. Der Abfluss bei der Duschtasse im grossen Schlafzimmer bedarf einer gründlichen Reinigung, es vergingen lange Minuten bis das Wasser abfloss und es bestand die Gefahr dass dass Wasser in Zimmer lief. 3. Eine der Halogenlampen hätte ersetzt werden sollen da diese die ganze Zeit flackerte. 4. Bei 2 Duschmöglichkeiten sollten auch 2 Bodenteppiche vorhanden sein. Trotz Anfrage bei der Agentur und einer Zusage würde uns der zweite Bodenteppich nicht zugestellt. 5. Der Fernseher funktionierte nicht und man konnte auch aufgrund fehlender Fernbedienung nicht starten - auch dies eine Qualitätseinbusse. Als wir die Wohnung verliessen, und wie wir gewohnt sind ein bisschen Ordnung machten kam die Fernbedienung unter den Polstern des Couches zum Vorschein. Sie sehen also Wohnung gut - Unterhalt und Betreuung sehr schlecht. Da kann man ohne grossen Aufwand mehr daraus machen! Bilder sind vorhanden und können zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
