This family-friendly 3 bedroom / 3 bath condo is tucked away in one of the most sought-after resorts in the Green Valley area. Paraiso Encontrado comfortably sleeps 8 guests, however, it can sleep up to 12 guests with the assistance of 2 queen air mattresses. Las Palmas offers so many amenities, you could spend your whole vacation at the resort and never get bored! With an outdoor & indoor pool and spa, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor shuffleboard, a splash pad, fitness center, outdoor checkers, and a park; your days will be full of relaxation and fun! Of course, you do not have to stick around the resort to have a great day! Paraiso Encontrado is in the heart of southern Utah, surrounded by National and State Parks, many golf courses, and downtown St. George, taking an adventurous day trip has never been easier. Back at home, barbeque on the balcony overlooking the pool, while the desert sun sets behind the mountains. The kids will be entertained on the Arcade Classics game machine, with many old school arcade games, while you cook dinner! They will also love riding around the complex on one of the razor scooters or the rip stick provided. End the night curled up on the couch together, with a bowl of popcorn and a good movie. Perfect spot!!

This place is spacious and so perfect for a home away from home! The location was ideal, and all the pools on the property was a huge bonus! The games in the kids room was just icing on the cake! We would be thrilled to stay here again!!

Spacious Spring Break Fun!

This was an excellent property. Clean, spacious, and tons of things to do around the resort. We played pickle ball, basketball, and lots of pool/hot tub time. My teenagers loved it. We would definitely stay again! Thank you!

Perfect four our family getaway!

We decided to plan a last minute getaway with our kids and are so happy we found this place! It was so much better than staying at a hotel - we had a ton of space to relax during the day, play in the pool, and even went for a walk around the beautiful property! Definitely will be coming back!

Spacious Place for a small group

This is a beautiful place. There were a few things wrong when we arrived but nothing we could not enjoy our stay. The communication was great except for when I first arrived. They did not let me know there was an issue with the place, that they were still trying to fix, before I arrived. They did fix it the next day. I rented from them before and I would rent from them again. It would be nice with they could add a couple of Kleenex boxes around. Toilet paper or paper towels, just don't quite have the same effect as a soft tissue.

Wonderful Las Palmas condo

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful 3bed/3bath condo. Fun furnishings, spacious master bedroom and bathroom, comfortable master bed, bright living room and kitchen. As we cooked a lot, it would have been nice to have more non-Teflon cookware and sharper knives, but we brought some kitchen gear with us anticipating a rental-grade equipment. The place looked generally quite clean, but there were a couple of larger clear sticky gobs on the dining table and the area around the MB bed could have used some more thorough vacuuming. But overall - would definite stay there again.

Sunny St. George!

Everything was great! I would just suggest the waterfall pool bathroom needs cleaned more often. Also adding laundry detergent for guests to use. The light in the master shower needs replaced. But over all wonderful!

Nice spot for kids

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Our kids liked the arcade & pool. We loved most everything, except that the king bed was so soft that we were rolling into each other. The kitchen had everything we needed and the tech was great. There was plenty of parking and the check-in & out was easy.

Large Condo for group

This condo is nice and rooming. We had 6 women and we never felt crowded. We had an issue with getting in, but it was resolved within 15 minutes from my calling. Great communication. The cleanliness was not good when we arrived. The refrigerator had not been wiped down and the floor was sticky in front of it. The stove smirked so badly, we had to open the doors to air out the place. When we used the dryer the was a oversized load of sheets that where not completely dry left inside. There was items from other renters under the beds and couches. Small things that we could live with, that did not ruin our stay. The rental office was aware of things issues and did offer to clean, but they were not bad enough for us to not enjoy our stay. All, in all, it was a nice relaxing stay.

Family reunion spot

We had an excellent stay. We have a large family and the accommodations were great. We always love staying at Las Palmas where we are in walking distance of other families and we can meet at the awesome pools. This unit was clean and well maintained and the real bonus was the living room kitchen area was so large we were able to have the teens over for a movie night. It was perfect!

Our family has stayed in this VRBO before and loved it, so it was an easy choice to stay there again. This condo is spacious, clean, full of all the amenities we needed, so close to the pool and has a great balcony for sunset sitting and visiting.

Great place for a family vacation

This was a great place to stay for our family vacation. It was big and spacious, had lots of places to hang out and eat for our group of 7. The pool was heated and the hot tub was nice, not too far of a walk from the condo. A few recommendations I'd make is getting some updated cooking ware. We made all of our meals there and the Teflon on the pots and pans was peeling off. Also the bright white lighting that was in all the lights was very creepy looking once the sun went down, made us feel like we were in some sort of warehouse. Other than that it we had a great stay and would recommend it.

Great Stay

Wonderful home that we hope to rent again. A few maintenance notes for the owner. The seal at the bottom of the left kitchen sink is leaking - when we filled the sink, it leaked into the cabinet. The metal sleeves surrounding the island chair hinges are loose and dropped onto the floor several times. Finally l, we were not able to get the arcade game to work. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience. He's a minor niche that I would want to know as an owner but they in no way is your address wonderful experience this weekend. Thank you.
