The apartment is located between Ghiffa and Oggebbio, about 5 km from the center of Verbania.

The villa has its name for its privileged position, near the lake, from where you can admire the sunrise.

The apartment is located on the first floor of the villa dependence of the early 1900s with a 2-hectare garden.

During the summer it is also possible to use the private beach, which is located about 30 meters from the apartment.

At about 800 meters you can also find the center of Ghiffa, with bars, restaurants and supermarkets, however, in Oggebbio you can rent boats, water-scooters, kayaks, mountain bikes, canoes.


The three-room apartment is about 100 square meters and consists of: living room with beautiful lake view, sofa, kitchen, double bedroom, triple bedroom, bathroom with bathtub, garden of about 40 square meters.

The apartment can accommodate up to 5 people:

- 3 in a triple room
