La Pitcholine, three bathrooms, air conditioning, in the heart of nature with shared pool.
La Pitcholine is a small (85 m2) semi-detached villa from la Campanette completely independent because it is separated by an oleander hedge. It has two terraces, one of which is covered facing southwith a view of the Brague valley.
There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms upstairs each with there own bathroom and toilet. The 2 bedrooms upstairs have air conditioning. Modern kitchen, living room mit covered terrace, Wifi are a perfect place to relax.
In July und August, the Pitcholine is preferably rented with the Campanette for maximum of 12 people so that the swimming pool is private, which is preferable with children.
Although surrounded by nature, there is a magnificent
new well-stocked shopping center less than 1 km away in Plascassier and the charming village of Valbonne 4 km away with its numerous terrace restaurants.
No smoking is requested and dogs are not welcome.
