Situation parfaite

Connaissant Vaux sur Mer depuis une trentaine d’année, nous cherchions une location proche de notre famille à Saint Sordelin même. Nous avons été conquis par cette location. La vue est splendide et la proximité de la plage est un atout. Le fait de cohabiter avec Ghyslaine (RDC pour elle & étape supérieur pour nous) n’est pas du tout dérangeant, elle est disponible tout en étant discrète. La location est spacieuse, propre et présente tout l’équipement nécessaire. Nous sommes enchantés de cette expérience.

Perfect Location

Well positioned property between Royan and St Palais sur Mer, great for walking and cycling, also on bus route, good facilities although no internet connection at property had to use 4G on telephone, the owner was very helpful and very discreet.

Séjour très agréable

Nous sommes venus la deuxième quinzaine d'août et avons eu beaucoup de chance sur le temps (très beau et très chaud). L'appartement est conforme aux photos et ne manque de rien (draps et serviettes non fournis par contre, à rajouter dans l'annonce?), la vue mer est vraiment superbe pour le petit dej à l'ombre et pour le coucher de soleil le soir <3

Séjour très agréable

Suite à un 1er séjour en septembre 2022, nous sommes revenus en juin pour la vue magnifique, l'appartement agréable et confortable, et l'accueil chaleureux et très sympathique de Mme Ghislaine

Vue imprenable

Logement spacieux, très propre, bien équipé avec une vue imprenable depuis la grande terrasse, la salle et une des chambres. Petite plage tranquille à proximité où l'on peut se baigner à marée haute plutôt. Nous recommandons la plage de Pontaillac à environ 15 minutes à pied, ce qui se fait facilement. Notre hôte est une personne adorable qui réserve des petites attentions très appréciables. Nous recommandons cette location.

VACANCES REUSSIES

Avec ces vacances, nous avons réussi à mettre de coté le stress dû à la crise sanitaire. Nous avons été accueillis chaleureusement par la propriétaire, y avons trouvé un logement fidèle à la description de l'annonce (très bien équipé, très propre ) et très bien situé, face à la mer .....avec une vue inoubliable !!! La région est superbe, avec un patrimoine très riche qu'on ne peut voir lors d'un seul séjour. Tout au long du séjour, nous avons eu l'occasion d'échanger avec Ghislaine, qui s'est fait un plaisir de nous communiquer les informations pratiques ( visites à ne pas manquer, brocantes, marchés locaux..... tous ces petits 'trucs' fort utiles). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ces moments de partage. Nous n'avons plus qu'un objectif : revenir l'année prochaine. A. CARMET
