Villa "La Cicala" offers the perfect balance between complete relaxation, with its large private saltwater pool, shaded patio, roof terrace, its 2,000 square meters of olive grove and recreation, with its proximity the beautiful Salento coast and the many sights in the surroundings.
The villa is very well furbished with air conditioning, WiFi, TV, a modern well equipped kitchen, a laundry / storage area, large living room / kitchen that opens onto a furnished patio where the shade is provided by a large retractable awning.
Villa La Cicala can sleep 5-7 people with 3 bedrooms (1 large double, 1 twin with bunk beds and a cot if needed, 1 smaller double plus a large double bed settee in the living room), 2 bathrooms with shower and bidet and outdoor shower by the pool.
The house is in a quiet area, a short distance from the airports at Brindisi and Bari, close to the picturesque “white towns” of Ostuni and Carovigno with their numerous sights, bars and restaurants, 3 km from the coast with its many white sandy beaches and on the perimeter of the marine reserve of Torre Guaceto. For those who want to discover Puglia, the villa is within easy reach of all the wonders of the Alto Salento.
