You are located 3 km from the beach, supermarkets, shops and restaurants. For lovers of outdoor activities, an equestrian center and a golf course are 1 km from the rental.

Also take advantage of your stay to explore the famous "Planches" of Deauville which are only 2.5km away. The Touques Valley is an ideal place for nature lovers. You can observe various species of birds there, as well as the local flora. The Deauville-La Touques Racecourse regularly organizes horse races, especially during the summer season. An unmissable experience for horse riding enthusiasts.

A few kilometers away, Deauville offers beaches, luxury boutiques, and a casino for a more urban experience.

Within the residence, you have access to a heated indoor swimming pool (open in July and August) and a separate paddling pool, as well as a multi-sports ground, ideal for enjoying a stay with family or friends.
