Your cares will fall away when you walk into the condo and find a beautiful space, well appointed, professionally cleaned and waiting for you. It won’t take long to get clothes stowed away, groceries situated in the modern kitchen and drinks cooling in the mini bar.
The view from the 16th floor is stunning! Pristine white sand and blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico will be a highlight of your stay. Both bedrooms and the living room have direct access to the balcony with a curved design that enhances your privacy. You can enjoy the spectacular views any time of the day. The wildlife activity in the natural lagoon will captivate your attention, and the warm pool below is a much more pleasant view than the parking lot view. For sunsets, you can head to the beach or relax and enjoy the magic from the comfort of your own balcony.
Everything in the unit has been re-done and is excellent quality. All three sliding doors have noise-reducing hurricane-proof glass. The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end cookware. Meals may be enjoyed either inside the condo or on the lanai. The comfortable sleeping arrangements include a deluxe king bed in each bedroom and luxurious 100% organic cotton sheets and mattress pads on both beds. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, coolers and a wagon are provided for your enjoyment. Our condo has the benefit of an interior, climate-controlled hallway entrance with easy access for carts, groceries and luggage.
Our local property manager will coordinate your check-in and is on call 24/7 for emergencies.
After each guest, our cleaning team takes all of the linens to be washed separately in their private, off-site laundry facility. This ensures your starting linens are washed separately for the full cycle and with the hottest water possible. Washers and dryers are not allowed inside any of the condos, but you are welcome to do your personal laundry in the shared laundry room on each floor for a nominal fee. For your convenience, we provide laundry detergent pods, dish soap, sponge, dishwasher soap, trash bags, coffee pot with filters, plastic baggies, aluminum foil, some basic spices and a starter set of paper towels, tissues, toilet paper and hand soap.
Recreational opportunities abound! Your vacation includes access to all the South Seas Club amenities including the heated pool with full-time attendant, exercise room, tennis, pickleball, bocce ball, shuffleboard, bags/cornhole, boat docks and covered parking. You can also walk the entire South Seas property from beachfront to Clam Bay enjoying the privacy of a professionally landscaped gated community. The property sits on Tigertail beach with a stroll (~7 minutes, 1/3 mile) across the beautiful stretch of sand on your way to the ocean. High and low tides reveal bountiful wildlife. South Florida is home to the Everglades, countless preserves and other State and National parks.
Within walking distance are many good food and drink spots including breakfast at the local favorite Doreen’s and an ocean view cocktail experience at the upscale Marriott Resort right up the beach. You’ll be minutes away from local fresh fish stores, grocers and the popular Farmer’s Market (in season).
