Nice house close to many popular holiday excursions. Can use a little renovation. (wood around the pool needs replacing) No Wifi / no airco.

Belle maison

Très belle maison, bien équipée avec un jardin somptueux. À noter toutefois que le jardin n’est pas clos contrairement à l’annonce qu’il prévoit « belle maison avec terrain de 1200 m² clos de mur»

Très agréable sejour

La villa est très agréable et le cadre est très reposant. La piscine est un vrai plus pour se rafraîchir et des petites séances d'acquagym. Nous avons profité du patio ombragé avec un réel plaisir. Notre hôte Agnès nous a offert un accueil très chaleureux et toujours disponible pour la moindre question.

Perfekter Urlaub für uns

Wir, Familie mit 2 Mädls (14 und 10) und einer Hundedame, hatten 10 perfekte Tage in diesem sehr schönen Haus mit riesigem Garten, tollem Pool und praktischen Wintergarten! Die Küche mit Kochinsel, das große Bad, die separate Toilette, die praktische Garage, die beiden Schlafzimmer und das große Wohnzimmer haben unseren Urlaub zu einer ganz tollen Zeit gemacht! Agnes ist sehr lieb und freundlich und hat uns, trotz Sprachschwierigkeiten beiderseits, eine ausführliche Einweisung gegeben und war sehr entgegenkommend was die Auscheckzeit anging! Tolle Gegend, viele Ausflugsziele, großer Supermarkt in einer 1/4 Auto-Stunde entfernt, kleiner Laden, sowie Bäckerei und Metzgerei im Ort!

Excellent séjour et magnifiques paysages découverts

Location très propre, spacieuse et fonctionnelle, aménagée avec goût et bien située dans le village (à 10 minutes à pieds) dans un endroit calme. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour avec une hôtesse bienveillante et très discrète même quand elle est intervenue pour entretenir la piscine. Un seul petit bémol pour le barbecue au charbon situé de l'autre côté de la maison. Mon mari s'est senti un peu seul quelques fois en faisant le barbecue. Un barbecue à gaz près de la table serait vraiment un gros plus. Je recommande bien entendu cette location pour l'ensemble de ses qualités et points forts.

Week verblijf 15 juli

Rustige ligging, veel ruimte en privacy. Volop genoten van de verfrissende plonsen in het nette zwembad! Fijne aankomst, opgemaakte bedden en handdoeken liggen klaar. Kingsize bed valt nogal klein uit, is maar 1m40! Jammer dat de kinderkamer niet voorzien is van muggenraam. Kinderen moesten hierdoor bij ons op de kamer liggen omdat het veel te warm in de nacht was om met gesloten raam te slapen. Veel last van tijgermuggen! Huisje was proper op eerste zicht ( badkamer/ toillet/vaatwas/microgolf/oven/ frigo...allemaal zeer netjes) Maar wel veel stof en spinnenwebben ontdekt. Alle benodigdheden zijn aanwezig! Agnès is een zeer aangename gastvrouw!

Schönes Haus in ländlicher Gegend

Die Bilder geben das Haus zutreffend wieder, der Poolbereich sieht auf den Bildern etwas größer aus als er tatsächlich ist, aber das Gelände ist schön, der Garten geht rund ums Haus. Der Platz ist völlig ausreichend für eine vierköpfige Familie. Das Grundstück liegt mitten im Ort, die Nachbarschaft war sehr ruhig. Im Ort ist alles was man braucht erhältlich (Bäcker, Lebensmittel, Markt, Kneipen...) Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war unkompliziert. Besonders haben wir den Pool genossen. Bis auf die Böden ließ die Sauberkeit etwas zu wünschen übrig. Das Geschirr war teilweise schmutzig und der Kühlschrank war nicht geputzt. Wir haben hier eine schöne Woche verbracht und dank dem Wintergarten hatte man auch bei den täglichen Gewittern am Nachmittag das Gefühl draußen sein zu können.

Un week-end de pure détente

Maison adorable, extérieur génial, calme intégral. Une déconnexion complète pour nous et une découverte tout en douceur de l'Ardèche du sud. Les villages environnants sont pleins de caractère et d'authenticité. Nous reviendrons dès que possible!

Maison spacieuse et agréable pour vacances ensoleillées.

La maison est très agréable, située au calme en haut du village. Beaucoup d'espace, décoration originale. Trois terrasses bien aménagées. Literies confortables. Commerces à 800m. Nous serons heureux d'y retourner !

Tres beau logement

Le logement est tres confortable, bien equipe et decore avec gout ! Agnes est aux petits soins en cas de souci. Le lieu est tres calme malgre la proximite des autres proprietes. Il y a tellement de choses a faire et voir dans les environs qu'il nous faudra revenir !
