I have stocked just about anything you need for your stay, from coffee to beach towels. Along with most of the beach stuff.
Seabrook Island is a private gated community mix with retirees, vacationer and permanent residences. We are a quiet community but fill with all the outdoor activities & amenities.
This is a 825sq 2 story townhouse. Upstairs has full bathroom, closet and king size bed.
Downstair is the kitchen, living room, patio and half bath. Also a slide out daybed that can convert to king size bed.
Miles of White sand beach and bike trail are just right around the corner(for free)
Outdoor pool and golf club house are about 1.5 mile away, you can walk/bike there. Or drive.
IMPORTANT!!! You DO NOT need an amenity card to stay and enjoy the beaches and surrounding areas. As homeowners, we are not affiliated or getting incentives from the Amenity office. But we are obligated to inform the guests about it.
Amenity card is required for all other activities including indoor, outdoor pool(April-October ), golf, tennis and to dine at the restaurants in the island. Amenity card is $40 a day, weekly and monthly are cheaper. You only need one card per group/family. You don’t need to get it all the days that you are here. Just the days that you want. PLEASE make your amenity card request 48 HOURS ahead, check out the information at the following website. NO call in or same day pick up.

Most of time you can check in earlier the 3pm, just message me.
Please absolutely no more than 4 people and 2 vehicles on the property. And absolutely no loud music and noise. No other guest other than you booked for.
Seabrook Island is 30 miles for the airport and downtown Charleston via local traffic. Car is required and traffic can be hectic sometimes. So please plan your trip accordingly.
