Gulf Breeze Condos offer the most captivating view in all of Steinhatchee. Situated at the mouth of the Steinhatchee River, overlooking the beautiful Gulf of Mexico, these elegant units provide breathtaking sunsets as you grill and enjoy a cold beverage while watching boats of all sizes head out or return from the Gulf! The large balcony is a tranquil place to enjoy your coffee or tea in the mornings, observe the lush Nature's Coast or lose yourself in a great book.

This relaxing location is the most convenient fishing and scalloping property in the area, as you can avoid having to travel through the “idle speed/no wake” zone in the river – meaning you will be the first to arrive and return from your favorite fishing or scalloping spot!

This condo is comfortably furnished and has a king bed in the master bedroom, which features a large master bedroom window overlooking the serene Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a jacuzzi tub, shower, his/her vanities and toilet room. The second bedroom features a queen size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two sets of twin bunk beds. This bedroom connects to a bathroom that is shared with the rest of the condo. The large, well-stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare your catch of the day.

The property does have outdoor surveillance cameras on site for security purposes. One camera is located at the front door and a second located on back patio facing outward. No cameras inside the unit.

Peaceful get away

A boaters or fisherman’s delight. Scenic relatively quiet seaside town. A few restaurants and Marinas without all the gift shops and plazas. Scallop season is the big draw when things can get busy. This property was clean, well maintained and had a beautiful view. Met description perfectly and I was impressed with the accommodations and the overall visit.

Great trip with lasting memories

Great location and easy to find, the fishing was not as great as expected but we had lotsa fun. On our balcony we watched manatees playing in a small inlet from the river, also saw a nice size gathering another inlet. Great restaurants with great food.

Steinhatchee Condo Was Awesome- Dock to Gulf Is Fast

Condos built on stilts, so this unit located on 1st level accessed by elevator or open stairwell. Plenty of covered parking for cars and an adjacent open area for boat trailers. This was a 3 BR unit- 1 king, 1 Queen and 1 BR with double bunkbeds. Not totally sure of this; however, I believe units were built in 2007. There are boat slips reserved for all units. Boat ramp onsite. Combination lock to chain on ramp was a challenge for me only because I was lining up the codes in the wrong line. Travel time to Gulf from Dock is the fastest in Steinhatchee! Very short no wake zone the safe speed all the way out a well-marked channel. Plenty of Marinas nearby, however, you will pay more for fishing gear. Suggest GULP baits and 24 inch leaders. The owner of this unit was very responsive to help with any questions we had. Scallop Season stays booked up. You may have to reserve at least 6 months in advance of your trip. 5 Stars Easy for our experience!

Fabulous condo.

We absolutely loved the condo, had everything we needed. Furnishings are comfortable. The location and view is great. Our first time visiting Steinhatchee and definitely won't be the last. Fisherman's paradise!

Exactly what we were looking for and more

The condo was great. View was awesome. My wife watch the sunset with the girls on the balcony. The boat ramp and boat slip were clutch. Taking a dip in the pool after being on the boat was very relaxing. We limited out on two of our days and got 7.5 gallons on the last day.

Wonderful

This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this location and each time has been great. Condo is large and very clean. Pool is great for afternoon when scalloping and fishing are done. And for the boater this is the easiest place to stay in all of steinhatchee. Very dock with assigned slip, private ramp large enough for a 36 foot boat, and plenty of trailer parking. Even my wife could park the trailer 😂. Already booked for next year.

Absolutely loved our stay. Just what we needed a quiet little get away, right on the water with a beautiful view. In the mornings the manatees were swimming right outside. Definitely coming back.

Loved Steinhatchee and this place was perfect!

We absolutely loved staying at Gulf Breezes! The location was perfect and the fishing right from the docks was an experience and a half! We caught trout, big enough to keep9 (we didn't though) and saw so much wildlife! The Manatees made their daily visits in the pond right behind the units and would visit us at the dock as well. We hope to go back next year. We loved the laid back town and the unit suited our needs and then some. The pool was so refreshing after being on the water all day.

Best place in Steinhatchee to stay

Location! Location! Location! Can't get any closer to the gulf. Private boat ramp and slips are wonderful. Condo is beautiful and with great views. The host is fabulous and the best!!! We will be back!

Wonderful get-away condo

Beautiful condo with great accomodations. Hope was super easy to communicate with and rooms were very clean. Loved having easy access to the Gulf with our jet skis. A few nice seafood restaurants nearby.

Great time at Gulf Breeze

We had a good time all things considered. Would have been better if the HOA added a fish cleaning station. We used the elevator even though the certification was expired. We found the additional towels in the dryer and we didn't use the grill because of the condition and believed the gas bottle to be empty. The unit had several burnt out light bulbs. These were just minor annoyances and wouldn't keep us from coming back again. All in all the weather was great and the November dates provided out of season quiet and pleasantness.

Awesome Place

This is a great location and a great condo. I hesitate to tell everyone about it because it is so secluded and so quiet, but it is a great place to visit if you enjoy the outdoors. The condo and the host are both amazing... you will not find a better accommodation if you love fishing and the outdoors!

Fall Break Family Fishing Trip

We have been to Steinhatchee a number of times to fish as a family. This is the nicest place to stay that met all of our needs. We enjoyed the beautiful condo, the pool for our kids, and loved the quick accessibility out to the Gulf in our boat!

Great place. The deck has an amazing view. Great A/C. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Very clean.

Matthew touched base and ensured we had what we needed and ensured I could contact him with any questions or concerns. He responded quickly to each question I had. For sure would stay there again!! Thanks.
