This peaceful, detached property located in the grounds of a sheep and cattle farm has comfortable accommodation for up to four people.

This is an appealing property situated in the grounds of the owner's sheep and cattle farm. The name means ‘hill of peace' and the house certainly lives up to its name. The dining room has patio doors that lead to a decked area, perfect for taking in the views. There are two luxurious bedrooms and a bathroom and conservatory completes the accommodation. Outside is a lawned garden with a decked area and garden furniture. This property offers a relaxing haven and a superb base to take advantage of all that this stunning region has to offer.

Amenities: Oil central heating with open fire in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, Broadband WiFi, video, stereo/CD player/radio, small selection of books/games. Fuel, power and fuel for open fire inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Electric car charger. Lockable bike storage. Region: From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain's best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Town: This charming, rural village is surrounded by the Monadhliath and Grampian Mountain ranges and there is plenty of scope to explore the surroundings and maybe glimpse some of the amazing wildlife that lives in the area. TV's "Monarch of the Glen" was filmed around this location and Laggan was featured in the programme. Newtonmore is only eight miles away and overlooks the River Spey in the Cairngorms National Park. There are several shops and public houses and two award winning museums. Laggan's Wolftrax Mountain Bike Centre is close by and other outdoor activities available are pony trekking, walking, climbing, and bird watching. There is plenty to do in the area and Laggan makes a great base to see this part of Scotland.
