location location! Nice place one bedroom and living area. Host very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to beach and restaurant. Grocery store close too. Parking on the street which was never too bad.
Cute upstairs one bedroom in a great La Jolla location. Enjoyed the neighborhood, grocery store, coffee, and restaurants a few blocks away. Lovely courtyard with fountains and plantings.
Right next to downtown, very lovely home with views and breezes, well-appointed, comfy bedroom and bathroom. It was so easy to walk around. Never needed a car at all. Francesca and everyone was so helpful and accommodating.
We had such an amazing time in La Jolla/San Diego. We fell in love with San Diego, and this casita was in the perfect location. It’s a beautiful, charming property with lots of character. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is visiting the area. Very walkable to all parts of La Jolla.
The area was nice and close to the beach, withing walking distance which was a good thing because this unit has NO ASSIGNED PARKING. This unit is pretty and the neighborhood is nice but the traffic is crazy.(property is on a busy Main Rd) This unit only had street parking and we had to fight to find it, and when you are loading and unloading well not fun. The unit is nicely decorated and was as the pictures showed. The comfort however was not for us, the sofa although stylish and pretty was not comfortable at all, hard as cardboard, the bed comfort was ok but not great. It does have a very nice garden area that could have been peaceful to enjoy but unfortunately for us we were there during the weekdays and that's when all the groundskeepers and caretakers are scheduled to be there.
We came to town for a wedding and are so happy we found this gem to stay in while we were in town. Love everything about the house and yard and the area. We enjoyed walking all over town. Thank you for a great stay. Will definitely book here again if we are back in the area!

This property is perfect for your stay in La Jolla. The owner was so nice and gave us a lot of recommendations! It’s a super easy walk to the coast trail, the sea lions, and tons of shopping and food and drinks. It’s so cute inside and very tranquil. We would definitely go back!

Not so restful vacay
FYI-House entrance is upstairs. No air conditioning inside (stayed a constant 82 while there) windows look directly into the house of owner if opening them for air. Owner required luggage to be carried up stairs said it can chip the tiles. Me (51 and 5’2”) and my godmother (75 ans 5ft) had to take up 2 of 3 and down 3 of 3 (45-50lb) luggage’s. Must wipe down shower wood and you must park in street. Circled around for 30 mins to find one close enough to park. Home on a hill and visitors to beach take up spots. Walked just to not lose the parking we had found. Wish all of this had been disclosed at time of booking not at arrival and in person. Also cat on property…was an obstacle when it laid on stairs I was trying to take luggage down. Left a day early and booked an extra day on 2nd half of trip as the heat was unbearable.
Modern, clean, and private. This property is walking distance to all of La Jolla. We took advantage every day and night at sunset. The kitchen is well stocked. We'll be back as often as we can.
A peaceful place to be in the craziness that is San Diego. At 70+ years of age, we were able to walk throughout the village of La Jolla but were delighted to get back to our oasis of peaceful tranquility at the casita.
This was one of the most charming, welcoming and perfect stays I have experienced! In the perfect location. Walking distance to all shops and La Jolla Cove. The Casita and private garden was beautifully designed and decorated. I am recommending it to all my friends and family. I would go back in a heart beat!
This was a lovely property, and Francesca was a wonderful hostess. Quaint little Casita, but it was all about location. Located in the village, we could walk anywhere and we really enjoyed the farmers market! Highly recommend!
This gorgeous Spanish Casita was perfect for my husband and I for a romantic getaway, and to also visit our daughter who lives in Ja Jolla. It was a short walk to La Jolla Village and the stunning La Jolla Cove. The casita was spotless, stunning, and just as pictured. Location was perfect, parking was easy, and our host, Francesca was a delight! We will definitely make this one of our regular places to stay when we visit. Thank you for everything Francesca!!!
Only problem was noisy construction next door. Should be complete shortly.

Francesca and Steve's casita amongst the gardens is a divine slice of La Jolla.
I was contemplating staying on the cover or beach, and grateful to have decided on the casita instead!
Francesca and Steve were generous hosts that offered fantastic recommendations, while providing a clean and comfortable home away from home.
Brava!
