Maison très agréable , très fonctionnelle ,près du centre ville et de la plage donc très bien placée. Jardin clos, où les 4 voitures étaient garées sans difficultés, et sécurisé pour le chien.Le propriétaire et Lauriane sont à l'écoute et la communication est fluide .Week-end familial parfait dans cette maison .

Une très bonne semaine en famille dans cette grande maison. Grandes chambres, salles de bain multiples, proche de toutes commodités (magasin, plage,…). Très propre. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Maison spacieuse et bien placée
La maison est très bien, juste deux ou trois bémols : Poêle très bruyant même en réglant le ventilateur, lits de 140 un peu étroits, et accès au petit logement par l’herbe, un chemin en dur serait un plus quand il pleut. Ménage trop cher. Sinon, emplacement parfait au calme avec 4 places de parking, ce qui est très rare à la Cotiniere !!!.

Maison idéalement placée
Très jolie maison avec beaucoup de charme et idéale pour une tribu.... En plein centre de la Cotinière avec tous les commerces à pied et une plage à proximité qui n'est pas la plus belle de l'ile (surtout avec de jeunes enfants) mais qui a le mérite d'être à 2 mn à pied. Nous recommandons cette location.

Très belle maison, très bien équipée et très pratique. Les pièces sont grandes et bien aménagées. La dépendance a été idéale pour nos ados. L'emplacement est également parfait. Nous recommandons vraiment.

Superbe maison, tout confort, avec jardin agréable, à 2 pas de l'océan. Toute équipée (BBQ, plancha, ustensiles de cuisine). Environnement calme, et pourtant à quelques mètres de la rue active de la Cotinière. Quelques points négatifs cependant : - le prix bien trop élevé de la location des draps, - l'importance des cautions demandées, sans faire d'état des lieux précis, et qui ne sont pas rendues le jour même, mais le lendemain.

SÉJOUR EN FAMILLE
Nous avons passé un excellent week-end en famille dans cette belle maison charismatique ainsi que la dépendance, située proche des commerces et de la mer. Merci à la propriétaire qui a su répondre à toutes nos questions et pu nous faire bénéficier d’une remise pour la location de vélos. Séjour validé +++++ par les grands ainsi que les petits. Je recommande vraiment.

Pour des retrouvailles familiales en cette fin de confinement cette maison était pour nous le lieu idéal. Vaste maison bien aménagée, équipée pour 12 personnes sans se gêner les uns les autres. Très bonne situation à 150m de la plage, des commerces etc.. Nous avons pu profiter pleinement de ce grand we. Je recommande +++

Très bon week end de pâques avant réconfinement ça fait du bien
Belle grande maison idéale pour réunion de famille beaucoup d espace en intérieur comme en extérieur sécurisé par un portail pour les enfants idéalement situé à proximité de la plage. je vous recommande cette belle demeure
