The garden is situated right on the riverbank, and is a wonderful spot in which to relax with a drink after a day spent sightseeing. Gloucester Docks is a short distance from The Lock House, and offers some lively attractions including award winning museums, restaurants, bars, cafes and shops, and traditional shipbuilding. Shops, bars and restaurants two mins walk. Note: Due to close proximity of deep open water at front and rear, children must be very closely supervised at all times and care should be taken with dogs. Note: This is an old property and so the stairs are quite steep, however there is a handrail down one side.
