Découverte de vaux sur mer

Nous sommes venus passer 1 semaine pour découvrir Royan et ses environs. Notre seul regret la durée du séjour. La situation de l'appartement, l'accueil des propriétaires et les gens de la région sont tellement accueillants et bienveillants que nous reviendrons très rapidement. L'appartement est idéalement situé au calme proche mer et commerces et les propriétaires sont très accueillants et ai petits soins

Appartement très confortable, très bien équipé avec beaucoup de soins et une literie de confort. Décoration très cosy avec le thème de la mer. Balcon protégé pour prendre son déjeuner avec vue sur la mer. Conciergerie très efficace et rencontre des propriétaires très sympathiques en fin de séjour. Séjour très agréable dans ces conditions.

Belle vue reposante

Nous avons loué 4 jours cet appartement pour nous oxygèner et ce fut le cas car nous avons tout fait à pied, marché au centre ville, promenades au bords de mer très bien aménagées (y compris pour les vélos). Propriétaires très sympathiques, prévenants et de bons conseils. Nous recommandons plus plus.

Excellent séjour, pres de toutes commodités.

Par un beau temps magnifique, nous avons découvert un paysage plein de lumiere et de charme. L appartement était tres bien équipé et comfortable. Le balcon avec vue sur la mer parfait. Merci beaucoup!

Accueil et cocooning

Le propriétaire a été d'une grande gentillesse, à notre arrivée comme à notre départ, et disponible si besoin. L'appartement est très cocooning, avec une belle terrasse au calme et une très belle vue. L'espace cuisinette est un peu petit mais suffisant. Vous serez à deux pas d'une très belle plage, à Pontaillac. A recommander

Charmant séjour

Joli appartement avec tout le nécessaire, la terrasse avec sa vue sur mer, la plage et commerces à proximité. Propriétaires à l'écoute, et merci à eux pour leur accueil chaleureux. Je recommande vivement cette location.

Très bon contact avec le propriétaire.Appartement petit mais bien conçu pour un court séjour. Vue magnifique sur Pointe de Grave, avec bel espace vert en premier plan. Seul ennui je suis âgée et l'accès à l'appartement 2ème étage sans ascenseur été difficile. J'aurai dû mieux lire l'annonce

Un petit endroit charmant pour deux personnes.

Ce petit appartement est très très bien équipé avec une belle terrasse couverte bien exposée face à l'estuaire de la Gironde et la pointe de Grave en toile de fond. La résidence est très agréable et très bien entretenue ; cette location est à recommander pour deux personnes.

Accueil excellent. Hôte à l'écoute et disponible. Logement très propre, fonctionnel avec place de parking. Le plus de la location : terrasse abritée avec vue sur mer. Location bien placé, proche des commerces et de la mer. Juste petit bémol pour les longs séjours : manque une machine à laver. A réserver sans hésiter.

Vue sur mer

Appartement très bien situé, proche des commerces et de l'océan. Avec une magnifique vue sur mer. Idéal pour les promenades à pied le long de la côte. Très bon accueil et F. Durand est à l'écoute.
