Comfortable & Sunny Condo with 5-Star "Concierge"

My wife and I spent 10 lovely days at FLOW's "Villa W," a comfortable, sunny 2nd-floor 1-bedroom condo with a kitchen, living room, and balcony. I highly recommend this rental unit and hope to return to stay in the future. The FLOW complex features four separate units within a well-landscaped gated property - ideally located in the center of this beautiful beachside village (Nosara) a short walk to the beaches (a 7-minute walk to Playa Guiones and a 15-minute walk to Playa Pelada). The shared 'splash pool" (lower pool area) offered an ideal place to cool down, sunbathe and relax. BONUS: we were treated to 5-star concierge services throughout our stay from the moment we arrived until departure, thanks to the friendly and attentive property managers, Beach Management (extra thanks to "Grace") who helped us to arrange activities (ATV tour to the mountain and waterfall, predawn drive to witness the arrival of the turtles on the beach at Ostiniol, plus drivers to and from Liberia Airport). You will never regret booking one of these properties at FLOW !

Perfect Oasis

Our stay here was wonderful. When we got back to our place after a fun day in the sun, the air conditioned unit was so refreshing. It felt so good to get home at the end of the day. Our hosts were very communicative and quick to respond to any questions or needs we might have. The locations was perfect, close to the beach and in the center of it all and also quiet and relaxing. Thank you for having us, can’t wait to come back!

Great spot for work remote

Rick and his team (especially grace) have the best communication for a rental property. I've stayed all over Nosara and they were quick to help with whatever we needed. The 1-bedroom apartment was great for a work remote situation (the internet worked well 90% of the time - it's the jungle). I'd recommend staying here, especially the top unit (W) where it gets a lot of natural light.

I loved my stay at FLOW villas. The unit was beautiful. The staff was extremely responsive and accommodating. I couldn't have asked for a better place to spend my week in Nosara! Highly recommend, and I would stay there again.

Perfect location

We stayed in the upper 1BR unit at Flow. We had great communication with the property manager and they greeted us on our arrival and answered all of our questions right away throughout our stay. The unit was the perfect size for two people and we loved the access to a washer and dryer so we could pack light. The location is wonderful, easy walking distance to the main part of North Guiones and two beach entrances, but also in a quiet spot.
