This terraced, ground floor cottage is located on an equestrian farm near to Ashbourne in Derbyshire and can sleep six people in two bedrooms. Note: This property accommodates 4 adults and 2 children.
Orchard Cottage is a ground floor, terraced cottage set on the owner's equestrian farm in the hamlet of Edlaston, just three miles from Ashbourne on the edge of the Peak District National Park. The cottage has two bedrooms (one double and one adult bunk) and a sofa bed in the sitting room which with the addition of a family bathroom makes it suitable for up to six people. Also included in the cottage are a fitted kitchen with a dining area and a sitting room with a wood burning stove. To the outside of the cottage is a shared lawned garden with outdoor furniture and a barbecue as well as ample off road parking. Perfect for discovering the countryside of the Peak District as well as the thrills of Alton Towers, Orchard Cottage has something for all of the family.
Amenities: Storage heaters with wood burning stove in sitting room. Electric cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer in shared laundry room (£1 meter), TV, DVD, Wi-Fi. Electricity and starter pack for wood burning stove inc. in rent. Bed linen inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Individual enclosed garden,and access to a large shared lawned area Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops 3 miles. Pub/restaurant 300 yards.
