Sleeping two people in one bedroom, this detached barn conversion is just under a mile from Launceston, set on a wooded hillside.
Middle Barn is a quality detached barn conversion set a mile from the town of Launceston, on the Devon/Cornwall border. There is one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. There is also an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with large patio doors onto the attractive terraced garden outside. There is off road parking for two cars. With the north coast beaches an easy drive, as well as NT Lydford Gorge, Bodmin Moor, Dartmoor and the Eden Project all within easy reach, Middle Barn makes a wonderful romantic retreat, all year round.
Amenities: Underfloor heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, 32" LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player. All fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent.
