Ideally located 500m from the Grande Plage of Carnac and close to shops, terraced house with 4 rooms (approx. 80m²) for 6 people, situated in a peaceful setting in Résidence LES MAISONS DU PARC 1 (House N°15). Heated shared pool open from mid-June to mid-September:

- Living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (TV, sofa bed: 2-person sleeping, 140, blanket) opening onto the west-facing terrace and extending into the private enclosed garden (garden furniture, awning)
- Separate, fully equipped kitchen (3-ring ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge/freezer)
- 1 cabin bedroom with 1 single bed (90, blanket)
- Shower room with hairdryer
- WC
