500m from the beaches of Beaumer and Men Du and 700m from a supermarket, charming 5-room terraced house (approx. 69m²) for 7 people, with an enclosed garden, located on Chemin de Beaumer :
- Entrance into the living room with dining area (table and chairs) and lounge area (sofa, armchairs, TV, decorative fireplace) opening onto a South-facing terrace shared with the neighboring house (separated by a lattice screen, garden furniture), private enclosed garden at the back of the house (North side)
- Separate and fully equipped kitchen (4-burners gas stove with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, washing machine)
- Shower room with WC
Upstairs :
- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm, duvet) and wardrobe
- 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds (90, duvets)
- 1 bedroom with 1 single bed (90, duvet)
