cozy and furnished 70's style house, located a few meters from the main street of Camigliatello silano, one of the most beautiful places in central and southern Italy from a landscape point of view, with a typical alpine environment.
Consisting of large lounge / living area, separate kitchen, utility room, two double bedrooms, bathroom. All rooms allow the balcony view. The entire apartment is equipped with carpet flooring. (Except bathroom and kitchen). Parking included.
Camigliatello is one of the most important ski resorts in Sila, it is served by efficient winter sports facilities. The ski resort is located 1 km from the town center, in the Tasso area near the Calabrian lake of Cecita.
2 slopes of varying difficulty descend from the summit of Mount Curcio, an easy blue slope 2220 meters long and a red slope for the more experienced 2050 meters long. Then there is a 24 km long track that connects the highest peaks of Sila between pine and beech forests: Monte Scuro (1630 m), Monte Curcio (1768 m) and Monte Botte Donato (1928 m).
