Pendre Uchaf is a delightful stone-built barn conversion set on a 320 acre working sheep and cattle farm, boasting lovely views across the River Clwyd Valley. With three bedrooms including one double, one second floor double and one twin, the cottage can sleep six people. The cottage also includes a shower room, a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room with woodburning stove and a conservatory. Outside is off road parking for four cars and a private, enclosed lawned garden with patio, furniture and BBQ. Pendre Uchaf sits in a wonderful rural position, nearby a deep and open lake (children should be supervised) which is ideal for fishing (please bring own equipment) and swimming, and this cottage offers an ideal retreat for families and friends looking to discover beautiful North Wales.

Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Off road parking for 4 cars. Storage for bikes.
