The Hayloft Cottage is a brick and timber barn conversion, set just under a mile from the village of Little Glemham, near Saxmundham, and can sleep five people. The cottage has a ground floor twin bedroom (zip/link, can be king-size double on request) with an en-suite shower room, a ground floor family room with three single beds (2 x zip/link, can be king-size double and 1 single on request) with an en-suite bathroom, a first floor open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area and a shared utility room. Outside there is ample off road parking, a shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and a barbecue (available on request) and a games room. The Hayloft Cottage is a wonderful holiday base.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine and tumble dryer in shared utility, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Ample off road parking. Shared lawned garden with patio, pond, furniture and BBQ (available on request). Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 1.5 miles, pub 20 mins walk. Note: Large unfenced pond in shared garden, children and pets to be supervised. Note: WiFi can be slow.
