Belle vue mer mais appartement mal entretenu.Terrasse non desherbée ( mauvaises herbes de plus de 25 cm de hauteur), carrelage mal nettoyé dans les coins, odeur d'urine dans la salle bain ( un tapis est posé des w.c. à la sortie de douche).Que dire aussi des meubles fait avec de la récupération de palettes en b?

Room with a view

Finding the appartement once I got to location was difficult due to translating french instruction. Note, parking place not guaranteed. The appary, however was ideal with aeverything necessary for my stay. The balcony was the highlight with its view across the bay. I would happily stay there again.

Superbe emplacement

Superbe séjour dans ce petit studio idéalement placé. On a un peu cherché en arrivant le système des étages avec les codes couleur. Petit cadeau de bienvenue fortement apprécié. La résidence était calme en ce long wk férié. Annonce conforme à l'annonce, les photos aussi. Nous sommes ravis de notre séjour sous le soleil breton.

Le point fort de l'appartement est la vue sur la plage de Trestraou. C'est un appartement cozy et sympa avec toutes les commodités nécessaires à un bon séjour. Ce que j'ai moins aimé est l'impossibilité, sans doute sur initiative d'Abritel, d'avoir les coordonnées du propriétaire. La procédure d'arrivée est rôdé mais si quelque chose se passe mal, il n'y a que les mails Abritel pour communiquer, ce qui n'est pas rassurant. De mon avis, avec ce seul lien, on peut vite se retrouver à la rue.

Vue imprenable sur mer

Le studio est bien agencé, joliment décoré et très bien équipé, hormis le wifi. La vue sur la mer et sur Perros Guirec est superbe. Le studio se trouve à quelques pas du sentier des douaniers, idéalement placé pour ceux qui aiment marcher. Aucun souci de voisinage en hors saison.

Studio avec vue exceptionnelle

Beau studio Mais l annonce précisée une place de parking réservée mais pas attitrée au studio. Donc au mois d août on se retrouve avec une chance sur deux pour se retrouver garer dans d autre rue aux alentours Donc ça s est un inconvénient. Quelques réparations seraient la bienvenue (parasol. Pommeau de douche. Télévision et micro ondes ).

Un petit appartement cosy et pratique idéal pour 2 personnes

Pâques en bord de mer

studio tres pratique et tres bien conçu. Lumineux, la mer en contrebas, tres bon endroit pour se ressourcer! j'ai beaucoup aimé le "sas" canapé : petit coin en veranda entre la terrasse et le studio. Résidence moyennement fréquentée durant cette période, surtout hors week end.

L'appartement est géniale fonctionnel propre avec une belle vue sur mer un très bon emplacement près des restaurants et cafés ...et puis Justine est très gentille et très réactif aux messages ! On a passé un excellent séjour ,et on reviendra avec grand plaisir !!
