This detached cottage situated in the village of Rookhope near Stanhope sleeps ten people in five bedrooms.
Prospect House is a double-fronted, detached cottage situated in the charming former mining village of Rookhope, six miles from Stanhope in County Durham. This cottage sleeps ten people in five bedrooms, consisting of two doubles with en-suite, another double and two twins, as well as a bathroom. The cottage also has a kitchen with dining area, a sitting room and a snug. Outside there is off road parking in a garage for two cars, as well as additional roadside parking at the front of the property. There is also a lawned garden with a patio and furniture. Prospect House is a great base with plenty of walking and cycling routes in the area.

Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, 3 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Parking for 3 cars in village hall car park behind property. Passes for cars and keys for car park gates can be found inside property upon arrival. Additional parking for 2 cars in garage adjacent to property, and on roadside to the front. Lockable bike storage. Lawned garden with patio. Three well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 mins walk.
