ORCHARD COTTAGE, pet friendly, with a garden in Ledbury
This stunning, detached lodge is located just outside the village of Ledbury and can sleep four people in two bedrooms.
Orchard View is a wonderful, detached lodge just a short walk from the village of Ledbury. The cottage sleeps four people in one double bedroom, a room with bunk beds, and shower room with a separate WC. Also in the cottage is an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with French doors. Outside is off road parking, Private driveway. Patio with furniture. Situated in the Heart of England, Orchard View is a lovely family cottage, all year round. Please note: EV charging is not permitted at this property.
Amenities: Electric wall heaters. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, TV with Freeview, DVD, CD, radio, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off Road Parking,Private Driveway. Enclosed patio with furniture and BBQ. Use of orchard and field with swing and climbing frame next to lodge, for games and exercising dogs. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 10 mins walk. Note: Due to rural location, WiFi connection can be unpredictable. Note: Although all ground floor, the property isn't suitable for wheelchair users. There is also a short walk from the parking area to a set of 5 steps leading on to the patio which leads up to the cottage. Please note: EV charging is not permitted at this property.

Ledbury lies on the River Leadon and is famous for its numerous timbered buildings, namely Ledbury Park, believed to be one the finest Black and White buildings in England, the 17th century Market House in the town centre and The Painted Room, home to 16th century frescoes. Many music, art and food and drink festivals can be enjoyed in the town and the surrounding area throughout the year where samples of local produce can be enjoyed.
