This detached barn conversion situated close to Tavistock in Devon sleeps four people in two bedrooms.

Meader Barn is a delightful detached barn conversion situated on the owners' traditional Dartmoor hill farm, within the Dartmoor National Park and four miles from the market town of Tavistock. This cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, consisting of one mezzanine king-size double and one ground floor twin, as well as a bathroom and ground floor shower room. The cottage also has an open plan living area with kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove. Outside there's off road parking for one car and an enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. WhiteTor Farm: MeaderBarn is a convenient base for exploring this wonderful part of Devon. The property is accessed via rural lanes that are narrow, with degraded and potholed surfaces in places.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games, toys and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair. Off road parking for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden with patio and furniture. Access to a dog walking area/paddock. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Shop 3 miles, pub 1.5 miles and is up hill on return to property. Seasonal shop on caravan site 2.5 miles. Note: Two steps down to access prop and two steps down to access ground floor bedroom.
